This place never ceases to amaze. Like taking stroll back through my childhood and the pop history of Peoria. I always walk out with someone that excites me.

It's not really my place to say good or bad because i was brought here by someone else but it has urban artifacts, and a ton of them. It's like a museum where you can buy the exhibits if you want. Lots of nostalgia. Even if you don't buy It's cool to look and check out

Very cool place. The gal managing behind the cashier basically accused me of trying to steal a coffee scoop attached to a bag of coffee. My husband said, "wow that's rude, are you still buying anything from here?" Transaction was already processed. I showed them that the display was the problem. No apologies. Sadly I won't return.

Review Date: January 14th, 2015Urban Artifacts is the store to go for novelty old-timey signs…Just make sure you bring plenty of cash. While the use of the word ‘novelty’ conjures up the thought of reproduction items to represent things from the past; when it comes to Urban Artifacts, these things are from the past.My friend Matt is the one who introduced me to this store as I had never heard of it. Which is kind of comical, as we visited Broken Tree Coffee a few times and Urban Artifacts is just a few shops over from there. On to Urban Artifacts! The store is a lot bigger than it appears from the outside. My friends and I spent a solid hour browsing and I know we didn’t see everything they offered. There were quite a few awesome things I wanted to pick up in there, but the price for these novelty, if not nostalgic items, were a bit higher than I wanted to pay. Prices may be high, but the items they carry are in great shape.Overall, a really cool store. A neat ‘blast from the past’ up and down each aisle. If you love browsing thrift stores and stumbling upon things from the past, this shop is for you. If you need coffee or some pizza, hit up Broken Tree for either of those. Do keep in mind that they both have odd hours, so call before you make the adventure there.

Smaller than I expected. But the prices were very good. The owner was awesome.

Urban Artifacts is a unique and eclectic spot, filled with a variety of vintage and modern stuff ranging from home decor to fun bric-a-brac. A person could easily spend hours and hundreds or thousands of dollars on really great stuff. Highly recommended.

First time here and it was so cool and awesome at all the different things that this store had in it. Didn't expect it to be as be as it was.
