I had a GREAT experience!!! The technician came out to repair my whole windshield and he was excellent. Great customer service and he didn’t mind us being outside watching him how it was done and have a few laughs. Overall I highly recommend this location.

Hate the all automated phone service when trying to get the window seal replaced on windshield, doesn't know what I'm talking a out unable to get quote, no human to talk to keeps hanging up on me, won't let me schedule on line either because AI doesn't understand that either. Please give me a real person. Forget this automated AI stuff

Hello I had a great experience at first with Safelite Auto Glass, my window turned out amazing , but my window pillar got some slight damage and one of the technicians didn't say anything about it. I noticed while I was driving out to get dinner that my right side pillar fabric was ripped. Yes I have a 2002 Infiniti Q45 sedan but guess what it's my sedan and I love this car I'll take very good care of it. The technicians should have let us know immediately the manager and myself that he had damaged the pillar. I called the store the manager said hey go get me a receipt and I'll take care of it for you I went in and let him see the damage he said okay go get a receipt and we'll take care of it. They took care of it quickly and fast as possible. While waiting to do this I noticed that the driver side windshield trim was not sticking down whatsoever you can see completely through the thick glass caulking that they use. I came back in the next day they gave me the money for the window pillar and also pulled my car into the shop and fix all of the trim around the outside of the glass and I was totally satisfied. The only reason they got a four is because the technician didn't take care of it immediately when it happened and I shouldn't have two had to come back. Overall great experience good employees great customer service.

Wasted my time to show up for a glass replacement and didn’t realize until 20 minutes after drop off that the glass delivered DAYS earlier was defective.
Spare me the sappy, copy & paste response from “the manager”

Had techs come out and do an in the field replacement of my windshield. Both that I worked with were very professional and kept in good communication so I knew exactly what was going on. They arrived when expected and worked quickly and efficiently. I did have some small issues with the install (I won’t discuss them because they were honest mistakes and I understand people aren’t perfect). When brought to the store’s attention, they jumped right to making sure everything was made right. I insisted they not go above and beyond, but they insisted harder that they would. This is a business with integrity and customer service. I will absolutely go to them again if/when I need auto glass work done.

The tech from auto glass called before he got here when he got here he was professional and very polite. That afternoon I got a call from the company that they had misplaced my check so I had to put a stop payment on my check. I went to Safelite the next day and they took care of everything gave me a discount for my inconvenience of having to repay them and reimburse me for the stop payment on the check. They were also very professional and I would definitely recommend them and use their services again.

Went in with a broken rearview mirror. Purchased a universal replacement. I did not have the special tool to pull the original mirror. Came in, without an appointment...was taken care of immediately and when offered to be paid, they simply shook my hand. I was on my way in less than 10 minutes. Bravo, Peoria Safelite.
