This was the third location that I went to in one day, driving over an hour, that was permanently closed. I couldn't call due to my phone not working. Update your listing. All 3 showed that they were open.

Rachel. The manager? Yeah she's racist. A customer was having issues with her phone number and Rachel seemed so unwelcoming and irritated and called the customer a bit*h? This was about 30 seconds into my visit. The lady got upset and almost lost her temper but decided to just leave. Then, my dad started having a convo about football with a different associate and I guess miss Rachel felt comfortable enough to say, "that's the thing about black people- don't get me wrong my daughters half black- but that's the thing, they a act like that and then wonder why they're treated the way they are. Just ghetto ". By now I'm giving her the death stare because I couldn't believe my ears. I had to leave. Extremely disappointed and disgusted

Went here to redeem my free tumbler through the T-Mobile Tuesday app. When I walked in I was greeted by an employee sitting on a chair playing on her phone. I showed her the app and at first she told me TMobile was across the street. I then showed her it says redeem at either T-Mobile or metro by T-Mobile. She then went ahead and got it for me. To me this is very unprofessional and I strongly believe she really didn't want to get up at first because she was busy playing on her phone.

One of the worst services! You could be in your own home town with no service!! I went to pay my bill and to get an upgrade. The salesman was so worried about adding more to my bill (screen protectors, cases, etc) he forgot to add my bill payment to my order. So I ended up having to come all the way back up to Knoxville after paying almost $300, which my bill was supposed to be included to pay my phone bill! Almost got $500 dollars out of me and can't get some decent service! I've been with metro for years i think its about that time I try elsewhere. Here it is, TWO DAYS and I haven't been able to use my internet unless I'm home or around wifi, RIDICULOUS!!!!!

MetroPcs is awful especially after T Mobile buying out sprint. My phone would constantly cut out and only have service half the time. I also used my debit card to pay my bill and then somehow someone from over seas stole my card number and was trying to make purchases using my debit card. I know it was from paying them on their app because I didn’t use the card anywhere else.
