SHE IS RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, USED THE LORD'S NAME IN VAIN ON THE PHONE WITH ME AND NOW SHE IS DONE DOING TAXES FOR THE YEAR AND GAVE OUR TAXES TO SOMEONE ELSE WHO JUST CONTACTED ME AND NOW WE HAVE TO GO THROUGH IT ALL OVER AGAIN.

I HAVE USED HR BLOCK FOR 20 YEARS THIS IS THE ONLY YEAR I WAS DISSATISFIED 300.00 PLUS DOLLAR FEE ...AND THE TAX PROFESIONAL SEEM UNCONCERNED WITH HELPING ME GET AS MUCH AS I COULD NEXT YEAR I WILL DO MY OWN!

I swear I would like it if they could get me a tax professional who is actually a tax professional. Almost every question I had to write the answer on a piece of paper for the guy. And had to pay 400 dollars for it. ?

I was unaware that H&R block charges an additional fee if a customer wants a paper check mailed from the IRS, until I was made aware of that by the person preparing my taxes. But, the person that prepared my taxes was very courteous and professional. My taxes are done and life moves forward.Merci Beaucoup Mr. Desiree.
