I am a 10 year + customer. I went in today and was told my tobacco item was under the counter and she didnt know if ahe could sell it to me. She told me to come back later but i was already there. She said she couldnt call the manager because she was at a dr. Appointment and there was no one else to call. When i adked her to call the owner she said oh i cant do that he is to buay and gets mad at ys. I told her that the iwner shouldnt get mad about a problem at his store and she laughed at ne and said she would try her manager because i wasnt leaving. Her manager answered and said she could sell them then she looked at me and said begging usually doesnt help. I aaked ber if ahe thought i was begging when i just wanted her to do her job. Since i will never come back because of her rudeness.

LOVE the manager! Staff is always welcoming and they have the best prices around. LOVE the "old school" customer service vibe here. Sometimes I go in just to converse and vent ?

Always has stock of rolling tubes and’a deep assortment of tobacco’s for Rolling Yer Own ! I recommend the ‘PowerRoll 2 machine….by Top-Matic !! At $1.50 per pack….you’ll save a *hit load of bucs if you spend $8-$10 per pack of most brands….and it’s kinda therapeutic to roll your own !! Discount Tobacco will set you up but don’t take anything less than the PowerRoll 2 !! $95 bucs but you’ll save that (at a pack a day) in 2 months !! Slight learning curve but then satisfaction with a might fine smoke !

Went in for the Electronic Cigarettes I heard they had. The people were very helpful, I don't know much but it seemed that their prices were good compared to what I have seen

The ladies are amazing and know what I want when I come in there at least twice a week it seems! When buying multiples the price is way cheaper for Newports than anywhere else. Plus they have a loyalty program for Marlboro's!!
