The employees at this car wash are the kindest people! My fiancé and I accidentally locked ourselves out of our truck and 3 employees came out and tried to help us out! They allowed us to use the phone since ours were in the truck and they also kept looking for things to help us out. They were such kind souls and we really do truly appreciate that! You hired great workers club car wash!!?? these 3 should get a raise stat!!!??

I wanted to do a thorough cleaning of my car, and I loved Club Car Wash's experience. The free vacuums work quite well for the most part and I sincerely appreciate the complimentary windex and microfiber towels. I also appreciate the free rubber mat cleaning, although I struggled with figuring out where to go to get it done. The service is quite friendly there as well, and the car wash itself is quite thorough. The trash cans are appreciated, and the mat holders are a nice touch, although they don't hold more than one or two mats. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. The only negative thing I have to say is that the prices are extremely high, unless you get the monthly program. Even then, they can get a bit pricey. But overall, a delightful experience that is very much worth it.

It's okay for a drive through car wash. I drive a Jeep Wrangler. The wash does not hit allot of the spots. It's a good enough wash for cold winter months to keep the salt off.

Thought that I was purchasing one car wash while in Peoria for a softball tournament at the Louisville Slugger Sports Complex (do NOT live in Illinois). Find out months later that the employee signed me up for the monthly recurring charges membership!!Obviously being from out of state, I would NOT sign up for this!! Company needs to train staff better!! Thankfully, they did cancel the "membership" however, was told they will not refund me for the 3 months that I obviously did not use - POOR policy and ownership! Was offered a gift card to the car wash location - what a joke - no one would drive 7 hours to use a gift card for a car wash!Do yourself a favor - go across the street to the Hyvee car wash where they will only charge you once!!
