I go to this Burlington basically every day as I work at a neighboring business. The employees for the most part are all really nice! However, there is this one gentlemen’s who is Asian and he’s usually up on the register when I see him and he is always so rude. I work in customer service so I’m always really friendly and he never says hello or anything to me and acts like he’s so annoyed whenever he’s ringing me up. I know retail sucks because I also work in retail, I just don’t take it out on everyone, especially the nice people.

Went to Burlington twice today sunday the 20th, and the male worker with glasses working night shift was so rude. He got annoyed because we asked for a bag if you don’t like your job get another one.

Really rude staff , the cashier , his name was “king” , spent 2 minutes digging around in his nose , and then without using hand sanitizer or anything handled our stuff. Didn’t talk to us at all , rang our stuff up , told us the total , and went straight onto his cell phone while we were paying. Threw our stuff in a bag without even trying to fold it. This dude needs to get fired IMO

This location is one of my favorite for the beauty and kids sections. I’m never sure what I’m going to find but they always have a huge selection! The store is usually clean but the only downside is the fitting rooms are still closed off. Not sure why but maybe people are abusing the rooms but that’s the downfall for people that need to try things on before purchasing.

Absolutely the rudest staff across the boards. Fitting rooms closed and I asked why and was berated for doing so. This is not my first attempt at this store but it’s the last. I left an entire cart of merchandise that I probably would have bought most of. Never again BCF!

Not my first time at a Burlington but was very enjoyable. Found a lot of name brand for cheap. The long lines suck but they have a lot to look at clothes and shoes wise.
