I went into Broms to get an appraisal for my Mom's fur. She passed away some years ago and I was curious as to what the fur was worth. Jeff Broms met me at the front door. I asked him what he charged for an appraisal. He gave me the appraisal standing there and also some advice as to what to do with the fur. He was as kind as the day is long. Didn't attempt to stick me with an appraisal charge. " He made me feel good inside myself !" There is a BRIGHT light that surrounds Jeff.
