The first bathroom was done pretty fast and looked great. We, however, are finding problems with the installation now that its a few months old. The sliding doors on the shower will not stay closed. We noticed this after the first shower. The shower sealant around the bottom of the shower is starting to turn brown. We have noticed the vanity top was not secured and moves somewhat. The toilet seats are coming loose. We had a second bath done. They did not come back to finish the job, but wanted full payment. Subsequent calls failed. We also had a foyer completely renovated with new plaster. Bad paneling was reinstalled and plaster over. Bumps are now showing on the wall. Replacement drywall was installed at the steps, but not installed completely. I now have holes in the wall that will need to be repaired.

At 1st looked good except after instal guy left. He forgot to caulk shower, made call and they did come back next day. About 18 months after have a huge bulge on back panel wall behind handi cap rail. Have informed Dave and 3 months into it has not fixed the problem. Was told he would by Dave. He has dodged my calls and text, he clearly has no intentions of fixing the work or honoring his work, he collect the payment quickly after that good luck to me he is a dishonest person who promises the quality and how long work is guaranteed, good luck after he has your cash. DONT MAKE THE MISTAKE I DID

I highly recommend Bathrooms First! David and Brandon do excellent professional work! They installed a new water heater, water softener, and took out a garden tub and installed a walk in shower that is beautiful! And all of this was done in a mobile home. It is very hard to find anyone to work on mobile homes and they took pride in their work. Thank you again David !

I had a disappointing experience with Dave and Jasmine. Dishonest and unprofessional sum them up well. The job they did was not what we agreed. The price also changed while the scope did not. Very entitled, changing rules along the way and trying to intimidate to get their way.I looked at their reviews to find all 5 stars, I was shocked. But after looking, I found a negative review with 5 stars (see below). Reading it shows they were threatened like I was.Be careful and safe when dealing with these 2 or this company. Is all this guy cares about are good reviews! I spent $75,000.00 with them and the only way I can get them to respond is to write a negative review. So here goes I call and leave a message and don't hear a word! The workmanship was good but they were always late or never hear from them. Service continues after initial installation! All my lights in the bathroom come on at the same time.I wanted it changed and never heard a word! If you have a "lifetime warranty" you shouldn't have to write a negative review to hear back! Plus the last time I had an issue he threatened me if I didn't change it!Service: Remodelling

We did a complete bathroom remodel back in 2017 and David and his crew did an outstanding job. Very professional, the right price and took extra care as to not dirty up the rest of the house. It is now 2020 and we had a caulking problem and the tub was drain was not holding water when closed. We called and they came all the way to Springfield, IL from Peoria, IL to fix the problems at no charge. When we had the original work done in 2017 David said the work carried a lifetime warranty and you can take him for his word. He backs it all up. I would very highly recommend this company to anyone and I would ever need a remodel done again I would make just one phone call and that would be to Bathrooms First in Peoria, IL Stab C.

We had a bath to shower conversion done and it turned out beautiful! They were able to enlarge the opening and make the shower larger, with a matching base, walls, bench seat, shelves, and a shower fixture that also has a handheld in the middle of it that is magnetic so easy to put up and down. They also installed 2 safety bars in the shower for us to use as we get older. We ended up having them also do flooring which was lucky because a leak was found under the toilet so they fixed that while they were here. Then had them also install a new vanity, vanity top, toilet, and vanity light. The whole project came together better than we could have imagined! Dave and James used special safety precautions inside and outside of our home during the Covid 19 Quarantine to keep us and themselves safe during the whole installation. They really care about their customers and made me teary eyed when they left. We had 4 different company estimates before we started and this company had the best quality at the best price for what we needed done. Thank you Jasmine, Dave, & James for our beautiful new bathroom!

5 stars. We’ve had 2 bathrooms done by Bathrooms First Luxury Bath. Both times we received great service. Easy to work with and they got the job done quickly. I would definitely recommend these guys for any type of bathroom remodeling.
