Pick up donation was scheduled for today and no one showed. Supposed to be from 8am-12pm. Called the provided number and no one knew what i was talking about and the whole time instead of placing the call on hold or park, they sit it down and yell over the phone “idk what this guy is talking about” and when the lady came back she told me to make a scheduled appointment, we already did that was today! I told her this is what this was for and they are already 2 hours late. Told them to just forget it as I’m throwing the stuff away.

The Pekin, IL is my absolute favorite Goodwill location. Everything is very organized and the staff is so friendly! Special thanks to Diane, who was so helpful, and just started my day off with a great attitude ⭐️

I reached out to Central Illinois Goodwill via email and sent pictures of the deplorable condition of the bathroom after going there again a few weeks later. No response from them and I am fairly certain the deplorable conditions are still there. Pictures are from the last time I was there.

Been in this Goodwill several times, but don't believe I've ever purchased anything. Seems to have a good following, but my favorite continues to be the one in East Peoria.

Usually a good store with the right amount of merchandise for a good price!! I truly feel this a better run facility and really I only had an issue with one employee-very annoying and I just simply let others go ahead of me in line to avoid her at check out!! I do believe she is no longer working. Believe me she will not be missed!!

The Pekin Goodwill store is well organized. It is a nice sized store with a good location. I’m always greeted when I walk through the front door. A nice place to shop.
