“I requested an estimate to replace the battery on a tablet. This business is very responsive. I went on site to have the work done. The representative analysed my device and was up-front that replacing the battery would not resolve the issue. They promptly told me it was the charging port and I could replace the motherboard, but the issue would eventually happen again. I appreciate them being honest and would certainly try them again.”
“The two associates I worked with were fantastic. Paul on the first day, and Derrick on the day I had the repairs performed. Knowledgeable and engaged. It is not often you run into young customer service reps in retail that are as switched on as these two. They are truly a credit to the company. They deserve raises!! I was given options, the explanations were clear and concise and honest. The additional battery replacement I was offered was also at a discount since I was there to have the earpiece speaker replaced or cleaned. It turned out a cleaning was all it needed. That kept the price down. In less than 24 hours I referred two people. I had been referred myself by my tenant.Do yourself a favour.... do NOT consider anyone else for your repairs.Now, about those raises....... :-)”

“I actually go to this place to buy electronics. They always give me the best deals. Everyone in NYC tried to charge me $700 for an IPhone 11 Pro Max but they only charged me $650 here. Staff is so friendly and kind and they always have so many MacBooks available. I loved buying used electronics but I feel more safe buying it from an actual store and well known seller”

“Thank you Mario for being an audio plastic surgeon. I took my Cam Am Spyder to another audio place on the north side of Chicago last summer to install 4 speakers, new amp, and an equalizer. The job was horrible. The speakers would turn off on me, they would make a loud popping noise and overall it really bothered me. I wanted Mario from M&M to take a look at it this year and correct the mistakes. Luckily I was able to get on his schedule and Mario replaced 2 speakers and added tweeters, he replaced my battery to lithium, add jumping pegs to my frunk, replaced my equalizer, added a new controller and Bluetooth, added a platform inside my frunk to separate the audio from anything I want to place there, added an USB port, and did countless repairs that the other place made on my bike. For example Mario had to plug the extra holes in the speaker holders/mounts, repair a large hole in the frunk, and replaced wires that the other place just spliced and spliced and spliced again. I am super happy with the end product and this place is highly recommended!”

“How can I say this… I should of went here sooner, my ps5 was down and out bad, automatically shutting off on its own I thought it was over and when I called multiple place for a used one and the heartache to hear it would cost near $400 for a used one I started looking for places where they can try to fix it and that’s when I stumbled on this Gem. I called the store and the man in charged said bring it by, to sum this up I took it during my lunch break at 12 and he was done by 5 my second lunch break and when I got home I promise I played for hours even left my PlayStation on for additional hours to see if it was truly fixed 1 week later it still has not turned off on me. He fixed my problem for a beautiful prices that didn’t hurt my pockets and saved me the headache of having to buy another one… I can finally play my online games again without it turning off if I can give out 6 stars it would be to this place I highly recommend”
“Roman Sokolov and his brother are special gifts to the Chicago area if you're in possession of medium to hi-end amplifiers and equipment. I've gone to them for years with an array of issues. Starting with a repair on the volume pot on my college 1980 Aiwa integrated amp that I was sure was destine for the recycle bin. I've got a higher end Tandberg power, preamp and FM tuner set that he keeps like new for me. Be ready to see more piled up old electronics than you've ever seen in one place. But Roman is organized and first rate. You won't find people doing their work anymore.”

“Worked with Martha the store manager and she helped me out immensely. I'm being pushed around by a sump pump company and had no choice but to return my batteries to the store and Martha made it happen. I feel awful for the return, because businesses need to make money to survive, but the batteries were not compatible with the system I had. This was 100% my fault. I thought I was going to be out of $600 but she saved the day. I will give ALL battery related business to her moving forward. Cannot recommend these guys enough. “I called today around 11 to see if they had a screen for my phone. They said they did. I called Samsung to start my claim. Paid my deductable, and dropped off my phone around 12 and was told it would be done around 130pm. I stopped by at 145 and it was done. The screen looks amazing and i didnt know the phone rails on the sides, the top, and bottom would be replaced too. Im very happy with my visit. Thank you so much.”

“I took a pair of JBL 4401s here after Saturday Audio Exchange recommended Van L. My 4401s never seemed to work right. John and co are extremely knowledgeable and he gave me a demo of his in house brand (which sound great). I dropped off my speakers and had them back, repaired, in 2 weeks. So far they sound great. Van L is a friendly shop and they know what they’re doing.”
