This problem had been going on for years... This location is very sad...

Not sure if this the correct post office who delivers mail to University Park, IL 60484.. I live in an apartment complex & the delivery person left a note in my mailbox, stating I have a package in the mail room / I don't understand why my building management or maintenance personnel cant open the mailroom door?

Daily mail carriers walk up to my mailbox to deliver the mail and then the walk across my grass to my neighbors house. I’ve spoken to the light skin mail carrier and he acknowledged this was wrong and it would be addressed. It’s still happening seems to be a new dark skinned male carrier who recently walked through my grass. I put fertilizer down and it being disturbed daily by a lazy carrier who makes it seem like walking on the sidewalk from the mailbox is a hard task. It’s mud being tracked on my grass. When the spring and summer comes around I want my grass to be greener and not tracked on daily. I will come to the post office to make a complaint. To a supervisor about this unprofessional behavior that continues to happen. Why is it so hard to respect people’s personal property? Is this the way your workers are trained to deliver mail? It’s been raining a lot and now I am seeing a path being form in my grass because of laziness. Fire him. I will be at the office this week and I’ll show a supervisor all the videos of the lazy, disrespectful mailman strolling through my grass.

I ordered a package from Amazon on Friday the 28th of October. It says delivered on the 31st of October at 6:35pm, however I was home and NO PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED. IM HIGHLY OFFENDED because Amazon will not refund nor replace my package, however no package was delivered!

If I could give 0 stars I would they scanned my package as delivered and it wasn’t at my home so their either stealing packages or losing them. I went up there to ask where could my package be and they couldn’t even give me a direct answer because “their system has been down since Wednesday” not only is my package lost the front desk lady had a very nonchalant nasty attitude so now I have a big event coming up and I’m not sure if my package will come in time … thanks park Forest USPS file stress and absolutely nothing

Went to open a PO box.....PO BOX was purchased online.....completed more paperwork at the Post Office, received a receipt, NO KEY, and that someone would call me when my application had been processed.......2 months later.....NO CALL.....NO KEY......NO REFUND......A BUNCH OF SPAM CALLS AND E-MAILS ALL OF A SUDDEN, PROBABLY SOLD MY INFO! Talked to a friend.....oh no, when I went to the Post Office to open a PO Box, they gave me my key right then and there.????

Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! Packages go "missing". Mail not being delivered. I even have USPS informed delivery and still don't receive delivered mail. When tracking packages, instances of receiving text alerts that carrier could not "access" my home to deliver my packages. A flat out lie. One particular instance of " no access", my husband was in the front yard landscaping, and I was in the front room with the door open. Filed complaints with postal inspector and local Park Forest office. No resolution. If anything, it's worse.

Very Poor Customer Service. They are so Rude everyone seems to be so happy with their jobs like they are forced to be there. People need to not work in Customer Service if they don't know how to treat other's. PERIOD

Don't try calling after 5 p.m. Even though they don't close until 6, they don't answer the phones after 5. Ridiculous and highly unprofessional. Today I called at 4:58 pm and it rang and rang, then was disconnected. Called back and got the message they were closed.
