“We had a fast leak on a Sunday morning but we were so fortunate to be near this Costco. Our Service Technician “Luis” was absolutely fantastic! Another concern is the policy of giving complimentary KitKat only to adults and not to kids, which may disappoint families but the lady explained politely why she is not giving to kids. the store offers good quality items and attractive discounts, making it a worthwhile option for bulk shopping. Ensuring smooth functioning checkout machines and providing treats to all customers, regardless of age, would further improve the overall shopping experience.”
“This is our main store we shop at. Is it busy on the weekend, yes, but we avoid weekends and never have an issue with lines. There is never a shortage on food or products and if you need something there is always staff to help. It's a very clean store and clean bathrooms. The customer service has always been solid and professional. The membership is worth the price even for someone who doesn't regularly shop in bulk. The Costco return policy is one of the best in the shopping industry.”

“Never had bad service at Mt Prospect tire center. It’s best to have an appointment and they finish in a timely manner. Just recently we had rotation and one tire had a nail, they finished before we finished shopping in the store. A guy was ahead of me as a walk in and was quoted 2 hr wait time. I have seen this if not longer for someone who didn’t have an appointment at another big tire shop. These guys have always been polite. One time I was lucky when I had a nail in our tire, they were able to get me in before they closed….”

The curbside pickup area is located south of the building beside the tires department, and it is difficult to miss if you follow the sign. Once parked, I use the app to inform the staff that I'm there so they may deliver the products to my car. The personnel was helpful in loading the stuff into my car.Overall, I'm satisfied and I anticipate using this service more frequently over the winter.”

“Been shopping here at the Schaumburg location for almost the last 20 years! Even though family and friends tell me I should shop at the Lake Zurich store (so as to avoid paying that ridiculously high Cook County sales tax), I'd rather just shop here since it's just 10 minutes from home and I won't have to get road rage dealing with god-awful bumper to bumper Rand Road traffic! Anyways, the Schaumburg store has practically everything I need: great, lower cost premium gas, great food/grocery items, drinks (e.g. juices, sparking water, wine, booze), pharmacy, optical department, electronics...you name it! If I could move my furniture in here---I WOULD!!! All the people from the various departments I've interacted with are all friendly, knowledgeable and efficient!! It's no wonder this store is packed to the rafters every time I shop here!”

“I have been a member of Costco Lake Zurich. I especially use the optical department( exceptional service) and I fill up with gasoline every week. The folks at the fuel pumps are the most helpful and friendly employees- Eva and Scott are Just two of the people that are always helpful. Costco has some of the most friendly consumer policies in the retail industry- low prices, huge selection and easy return. The credit card provides over $1100 every year in points and that covers the membership fee over ten times. Just want to thank the people at Costco. Inflation is hurting so many families and Costco is doing their part to offset that challenge. Thanks Lenn G.”
