I was the 4th car to pick up a prescription and sat in line for 28 minutes. REALLY????? WORST Pharmacist ever! Very rude. I had a question about my prescription and the Pharmacist hung up on me at the window. I called the corporate office and put in a complaint and 3 days later they lost a $10 co-pay card that I had on file making my prescription $150 and delayed one of my medications for a week. Don't complain or you will be dealt with.

Pharmacy:Be prepared to wait 40 minutes with appointment for flu shot.I was surprised to find so many open slots for scheduling a flu shot while other locations had limited choices. This is the worst pharmacy ever ! Please transfer your prescriptions to another pharmacy that respects you as a human being ! Rudest pharmacist ever ! Management needs to read the reviews and make changes in the pharmacy if they want to keep their customers happy and satisfied

Another review where they were at least 30 minutes late in delivering a flu shot. I forgot about the incident last year, it happened again this year. Go elsewhere.

Worst pharmacy ever. They seem to always be on break and take so long to fill prescriptions. They blame everyone but their inefficiency.

Terrible pharmacy. They must be understaffed. They do not answer their phone. The wait line is long, and they give priority to Drive-Up no matter how long you have bee waiting in line. My best advice...change pharmacies.

The pharmacy left private prescription information on the desk and did not fill the prescription. I asked for an update and they found the paperwork laying out. Very low standards for medical professionals.

They took a sample for a Covid test at 4:15 and said I’d get the results in less than an hour. They never ran the test and closed the pharmacy for the night. Don’t do business with this horrid location.

I have used this Walgreens for five years way too many. It has been on a serious decline since the minute I gave my prescriber their address. It’s slow, the employees are incredibly rude AND suddenly their systems say I don’t have a Walgreens account and that my email is something I never added and my address is something from ten years ago. I updated all of this when I started with this Walgreens. If it was not conveniently located near my home I would NEVER go there.

Apparently pharmacist on staff 12/28/22 at 4pm will judge you based on what your prescription is. Have been coming to this Walgreens for over a year, never had a problem picking up my prescription I’ve been on for 4+ years without issue, early. Veronica the pharmacist told me it’s too early to get my prescription today, despite getting a text that it’s ready, because, “it’s too early.” These are not opiates or benzodiazepines, exact opposite actually. Doesn’t matter that I’m going out of town, etc…she was going to make sure I knew who was boss, with the eye roll and “I don’t care about you” attitude to boot. Horrific customer service! Sums up everything wrong with our medical system! BCBS PPO (expensive), pay for the doctor, pay for the prescription, and even still, a pharmacist who doesn’t know me at all, gets to assert her will over me for absolutely no reason, other than, “it’s too early.”

Worst experience at this Walgreens location. I had an appointment at 4:30 booster shot and I am the only one here for booster shot. It is taking them more than 40 minutes to give a shot. What is the point of making an appointment if you are not seeing the patient on the appointment time. There were 4 people working in the pharmacy.More than 40 minutes is a lot of wait especially if you are the only one here for the booster shot. Like why it is taking so long?I would understand it if there is a long line or one person working.Ridiculous wait time!!!!

Store is great, convenient and friendly, however the pharmacy is opposite. I was completely ignored for 5 minutes at the counter while staff passed in front or put away prescriptions. I waited 45 minutes pasty covid vax appt and currently my scheduled flu vax appt was skipped over in favor of a walk in appt, currently approachibg 20 mins past appt time. Will be going to CVS next time.
