Today I wanted to connect my home Internet there for $35, Alan went to get a modem and connected it for $45, when I saw it he pretended that he didn't know that he was about to switch it to me for $35, he switched it but upgraded my phone plan to a higher rate, when I saw it he told me that if I didn't upgrade my plan, I couldn't have the Internet for $35, so I told him I didn't want the Internet and I went, I knew he would call me soon, which of course happened and he recorded that he could connect for $35 without changing my phone plan, I told him him that I don't want from him anymore, it's terrible what they are doing.

I remember when it was a thrill to walk into a Verizon store, get on a wait list, look at possible new phones, 15 minutes later you'd be seen by a rep and they'd get you out the door with your new phone.Now there's only like 2-3 sales reps and there are others just sitting in the back or just checking people in, instead of everyone being fully trained to service customers to get them out the door.

Long wait times, can't call ahead, phones not in stock can't call another location to see if they have the phone you want because they won't answer the phone.

Very good service overall. Rade the manager was so helpful very knowledgeable. Explained everything in great detail. I would definitely recommend this Verizon to all my friends and family. Thanks again for your world class customer service.

Bought new phone and Jesse wanted me to get out of his store as soon as possible and DID NOT activate my eSIM. Very poor customer service.

I remember the days when Verizon was open till 8-9 pm and 5-6 on Sundays.Now you guys close at 6 every day and don’t even open on Sundays.Get it together guys, the pandemic is over. Jesus.

I have been coming to this location since I started business with Verizon and I can honestly say the team here is AMAZING!!! I’m in this store so often that everyone knows me lol. I started with one line and now I have 4 lines plus the Verizon home internet.

I forget his name but the most knowledgeable person here is one of the managers. Everyone else for the most part is sooooo slow. No type of hustle what so ever. But eh whatever, i don't usually come to the store.

I'm so very disappointed with Verizon. We had two phones & an iPad on Verizon cell service for 10+ years. Suddenly our monthly charge went from $104 to $186, and after hours on the phone with customer service we got it reduced to $146, that was still not acceptable to us. After more hours on the phone we learned they had dropped our "loyalty discount" without letting us know they were doing that. After more hours on the phone with Verizon and no resolution to our ridiculous increase, we switched to another carrier. Now Verizon tells us we still owe them $169 for service we used before we switched. We don't. The customer service people can't help us because we are "no longer customers". They obviously didn't care that we were loyal customers.
