These vials are great quality at a great price! Our pharmacy orders a large number of vials every month and they always arrive in great condition and in a timely manner. Ordering online is very easy and the service is amazing. The 13 & 16 dram prefer vials are exactly what we need for dispensing. We will continue purchasing from The Vial Store!

This is an excellent place to shop for your vial needs. I had a client who needed 125 vials. I reached out to the rep and he was very responsive. He said he a few hundred in inventory. Highly recommend.

Great company to deal with and went above and beyond to help us get stock to the UK. Delivery was always extremely fast and well packaged to save us any costs for repackaging at our mail forwarder. Will keep continuing to order with them.

Amazing quality, prices, and customer service. Things do happen sometimes and I had a very small, minor, problem with an order. Joe went above and beyond and showed me the absolute BEST customer service I've ever experienced in all my years of e-commerce. You'd be crazy to shop with competitors, their prices and customer service are second to none.
I wouldn't buy too much stock in Leah's 1* review, clearly she was just trying to abuse their generous samples program. The Vial Store will make sure you are satisfied, every step of the way.
We are getting our retail packaging designed around The Vial Stores products, I wouldn't form a commitment like that with just any company. I've done my research and you'd be crazy to shop anywhere else.

I ordered a package from this company as of 10 days after ordering the package did not come to me. I emailed and called and no one responded via chat or when I called into the office. When I finally got a response I was asked to change my review to make their business look good however they did not care about how their lack of communication impacted my business. They stated this often happens with UPS Shipping. I spoke with UPS they are getting their products from ANA Imports or NA imports and they are not the ones completing the orders. Your information is provided to other companies and there is no one to speak to at the location in Chicago. The order is made and then the item is shipped from Illinois to you. I recommend making a direct purchase with a company that is accessible and accredited in their business practices. Thumbs down to The Vial Store. No one ever responded either after I was told that they would let me know what happened with my package. No follow up! :(

Ordered tubes from The Vial Store. When the item was delivered, it was different from the ones listed on the page. Emailed them about the discrepancy, no word for four days. Finally contacted them on their chat to tell them what I ordered didn't match their website description. They said that I was wrong and they sent the right tubes. The website description listed two different sizes on 7/5 as 116mm and 120mm, then they changed it to 120mm on 7/11 to match the size they told me. Then on 7/12, they changed the image to the item they actually sent me. The boxes state that the size of the tube is 115mm so they are still listing the item incorrectly on their website. Then I had the privilege of interacting with their Sr Manager, Yousef Arman. He proceeds to tell me that the items he sent is right and is adamant that the tubes I received is 120mm and that the product description and pictures don't matter because the manufacturer can change what they sent, so no responsibility on their end. Very dishonest company with devious employees. They did accept the return and waive their restocking fee but they don't want to pay to ship it back. Funny to see the company employees and friends leave good reviews.
