Twice in one day I was told by two different people that they couldn't load my NetSpend card! How do you sell the car but can't reload it! Luckily my sucking trip there was a manager there that was able to do it, but why did two employees tell me they can't do it if it's a service offer by you? I think maybe you should train your employees

I'm surprised this location even has any stars this locations staff are the upmost rudest people to have to interact with there is one gentleman that seems excited to see people come in, almost everything is expired from snacks to rollers to other hot food it seem that this location never rotates hot food so you got rollers that are hard as a rock and hot dogs that have turned into rubber seems as if the associates don't know how to organize the shelf's in fifo order

Please check your cashiers. I paid twice as much as I should have paid for the food I bought here. And the screen where I could see the details of my order - was turned off by the cashier. This should be punished!

The worst customer service ever! Please do not use the air pump because it does not work, but that not the worst. When I told the cashier it deflated my tire instead of inflating it, they told me it’s not their problem and I should leave.

Don't use the AIR here. The pump has been broken for more than a year and there's no out of order sign. The owner just pockets your money

Very dirty and outdates pumpThe receipts don’t print. When I went in there is a big line and O had to wait 10min just to get the receipt. Cashier said that they don’t intent to change or repair it.

This Speedway needs lots of attention!!! First off the old man working at night is very rude and talk aggressive to customers with loud tone! Not sure what’s his issue is ? But he’s on edge . Even tho people talk and ask nicely to him for things, but he replies aggressively! Unacceptable.Station on the inside is smelly and bit dirty at night, pumps don’t print out receipts. I mean come on! You want people to come in for business to a filthy unprofessional business. I’ll go to Sonic on the other side of Dundee I guess …

Never get a receipt at the pump and I come here ALL the time. Have mentioned it many times to employees and I'm convinced they are too cheap or lazy to refill. I haven't gotten an actual receipt to print out since 2020 from this place. COME ON

Trash gas station unprofessional customer service place is dirty. Gang graffiti on pumps. They just want business/money & forget the appearance & customer service part. I’ll never return
