Nice, clean store. One of the workers at self checkout is the sweetest and she has helped me a lot before. Wish there was more attentive staff in the bakery section.

Why are Marianos always understaffed? This time, it was again understaffed. And the cashiers were lacking hospitality and quickness.
I stopped shopping at Jewel bc of the same thing. Might be going back to Jewel.

The service could be better. At least at the juice bar. I shopped around while waiting for someone. I asked a person at customer to call. Maybe they were on break, but why not put up a sign to communicate that? Anyway, I walked out without anything!

I have been shopping at this location since day one they opened. Products are very good and reasonable in this high price time. All the employees are very helpful and they notice if you are looking for something. Cashier Kanwar is very polite and pleasant and helpful while checking out. Jyoti is always ready to help as she keeps trying to help anyone in lines or the cash register. Thanks for the great customer service and for the prices of all the products

Usually love their pastries and buffet food but today I bought 2 slices of blueberry lemon cake that were slightly reduced (to 3.49 a slice -not cheap). It didn't say why price was reduced. When i tried to eat them i found they were stale and hard. They shouldn't sell stale food...at least not that stale. Waste of 7.00.

Probably the worst experience at a pharmacy I've ever had. God forbid you ever move away. They make you go back to your Doctor if you ever need to change pharmacies. I get they can refuse service but I don't think the pharmacist is allowed to change the script right? Like the pharmacist decided this medicine isn't importantI had a script for 90 days with multiple refills. When this pharmacy transferred my script to my new pharmacy they sent over different quantities. Instead of my Doctor prescribed year supply they changed it to ONE MONTH. and this was because we reported the pharmacy to the Illinois Pharmacy Board. This is only giving more fuel for a new Pharmacist complaint or if not it definitely validates my prior complaints
