very nice staff but prices has gone up alot. thrifting is also to help people who can't afford certain item, not to pay retail price for used items. The prices starting to look like salvation army prices.

Prices have gone way up. Need some different shelves, ....and cooking/grill appliances should not be hung high, and unorganized appliances under. I was hit under my eye, manager didn't care much, I asked a young employee if it was possible to get ice or a cold rag. He did his best and brought me some cold, wet paper towels. I went to another manager who listened, and we filled out an accident report. During that time, the 1st manager walked in and couldn't even ask if feeling better or everything ok? He acted like no one was in the room. Not nice!

It's a goodwill!! It's a thrift store and your complaints about it are all invalid! I get cool stuff here.

Nice store with a wide variety of products. You can walk here for hours at a time. Children's toys, things from underwear to winter clothes for every taste and color. There are even shoes that are almost new or only worn several times. Dishes and a bunch of little trinkets.

I have never found anything good at this location yet they have raised prices. Remember they are given these items for free. Not worth my time

My husband was there to buy some shoes at the Goodwill in Palatine on Rand Road/ Dundee Road and the cashier was told on the phone by Sonya that they were $14.99 and when getting ready to pay for them the price was changed to $19.99. The issue is not the cost of the shoe, the issue is my husband agreed to the $14.99 price and the employee Sonya who is in charge while the manager Tracy is out, can she honor that $14.99 price and she walked away and laugh..That is very Poor customer service to be in a Lead position in an organization that is a based upon Non-Profit.Where is the Integrity is the question.

This Goodwill is always clean compared to all the other ones . Cashiers are respectful to everyone They play the part in helping their customers in any situation. There's always a variety of items people running out The carts are always respectful also, I'm so grateful for that whole crew.

Always sizes in wrong spots. Try on doors locked and hard to flag someone down to open. The color of the week is 50% off. I usually can find some great half off finds.

Hands down the best thrift in the area. The staff are mostly wonderful or otherwise apathetic, which is totally fine. The selection is unbelievably good, especially for a smaller store. They keep it stocked to the gills, they have a great eye for gems, the markup isn’t like stupid, and it’s just a joy to shop. The manager *gets it*, clearly. It’s expensive like all Goodwills, but I see less of that idiotic marking up of any vaguely recognizable brand up fourfold. A jacket is jacket-priced whether it’s a North Face or a target piece. There’s not like a million mid pieces hanging behind the register marked at $40 for a fleece. Hellll yeah, take my money.

Some nice items but too many broken items. I picked up at least 6 that were broken or chipped. Employees should be taught to look out for these things. Details are important

The cashiers and staff are the friendliest and most helpful of any thrift stores. Goodwill is my thrift of choice!
