The pumps always have problems here. Either they are completely out of service or gas trickles out. The last 3 times I’ve stopped here at least 3 pumps have been nonfunctional. It’s a shame since this is a convenient spot.

Customers are not able to use the restroom unless the manager is there. The clerk that was working there stated that only the manager have the key. Some customer service

Just came from this gas station. First of all they have the most expensive gas around. Premium is a dollar more than regular. Plus their pumps are either our of service or don't work. If you need a receipt, you have to go in the station and when I complained about the pumps. The girl clerk told me "Next time buy your gas somewhere else". this is a girl that is playing music so loud that you can probably hear it in downtown palatine.
