I mean, unexpected car repairs are never a fun thing. But the staff is honest and helpful. But I couldn't find a garbage can around the lot or by the front door. Are they hiding? I wanted to get rid of my trash before getting into my Uber to return home.
Please put a garbage can ?? by the drop-off key box, please? Thank you.

Overall excellent service at fair prices. We've had our last 5 vehicles serviced here, both foreign and domestic: Honda, Toyota, Mazda, Ford, Kia. Mostly for oil changes, water pump, brakes and minor suspension work. They are quite busy. Best to plan on leaving the vehicle here for the day, your in-store wait may be quite long.

We recently moved to Palatine near to our children.After 21 Years in Naperville was a big challenge to find trustworthy Auto service in this City ,our children advised Casey on 138N.Northwest HWay near our house and we are not disappointed. The very first visit I needed to change the oil, Johny was very helpful friendly and honestly communicated!Now I brought my vehicle again with more serious problem: inspect and fix loud exhaust,brakes and sensor.I left vehicle for two days and I trusted Casey:costumer service with very friendly manners explained repair and maintenance they done during this two days !Thank you Casey Team for your hard work and Great job done!I highly recommended Casey Automotive!

Took my Senior Citizen Aunts vehicle in to have brakes done. They were kind and patient with her in the past and MORE than kind and efficient with me today I dealt with a couple people there but Fausta (sp?) was the main service writer for me today. He explained the service and why the brakes were wearing quite unevenly. They even spotted a slight safety hazard on their own, and took care of it too. All in all I’d rate them a 6 stars if I could. I feel all places should have this type of customer service, but their affordable pricing takes them above and beyond 5 stars IMO. You can use them with confidence.
