Thank you for a great experience from start to finish. Intake nurse was so kind, provider was patient and gave me plenty of time to talk with her about health concerns. Very kind!!! Ethan in the pharmacy, awesome!!! Gave me a coupon for discount since no insurance. Thank you for a great experience when I wasn't feeling good!

If I could give this pharmacy a negative star I would. This has to be one of the WORST pharmacy locations within the CVS chain. It is rare a prescription is ready on time. I am talking days, not just a few hours of delays. Last week a prescription was called in by my dr. Over 24 hours later it was still "in process". After calling multiple times and waiting for over 30 minutes on hold I finally got through to someone. This past Friday, (today is Thursday, so almost a week) another script was called in. The script is still in progress. I have called everyday since Mon and waited in excess of 30 mins and never has anyone answered. Fortunately I have not run out of the medication at this point but I will have to go the store to get this resolved because clearly the staff is incompetent or they just don't care. If they are understaffed I would understand, however, when I have been in the store there have been a minimum of three working. They are busy but they cannot manage their time and they are not so busy that they cannot provide customer service. Other CVS locations are just as busy that I have used in the past and the run like a well oiled machine. If my insurance did not require CVS to be used and if there was another location that was nearby, I would change locations. I despise this location.

Never have I ever been greeted by such an unfriendly pharmacy person. Just because they need to transfer a script from Walgreens, I was really putting him out. He said "when we get around to it, we will call over there." And then, "when they get around to it they will do the transfer." Wow, we'll see how long, how many hours, days, weeks, it takes to get this filled. He actually had to key in information about me too, which took a whole two minutes, apparently more time than he wanted to spend with a new customer.

This is for the minute clinic/covid testing. I am sick and tired and I just wanted to get tested and maybe some relief so I went to the minute clinic, my primary care doesn't take walk ins. They didn't do anything except take my vitals and history and charge me $20. I couldn't even get a covid test there so I made an appointment for two hours later. They said DRIVE THRU TESTING, this is NOT. The instructions said to follow the signs, there was one sign with no arrow or anything. I pulled up to the pharmacy window and they aggressively told me to go park on one of the testing spots, I hadn't seen them before because all the signs are seriously faded and mostly knocked over. They send a video that isn't helpful whatsoever. I have called four different numbers and keep getting directed to someone who tells me how to cancel my appointment. They do not give any way of telling them you have arrived or checking in, apparently the person giving the test is supposed to call you when they're ready and you're expected to sit and your car and wait and hope they know you're here. There is no indication when making the appointment that it is not drive thru or any indication of what to do when you arrive. Drive thru to me implies not parking, but I guess I'm wrong. There are ppl here waiting longer than me and I haven't seen any of them be helped. I'm about to find somewhere else because I feel like garbage and am so sick of their stuff today. It isn't good bedside manner, and just a poorly run situation. A wait is one thing but all of this is one thing after another, also to not even be acknowledged after thirty minutes of waiting is messed up. UPDATE: I waited 45 minutes and called again and they informed me the "equipment was down" so they cancelled all tests. I got NO email, NO text, NO call even tho they KNEW I was sitting out there the whole time. I'm pissed. What equipment? They couldn't take my sample anyway? Why couldn't they say something? Will never return to this cvs especially for covid-related things and am sharing that with all my friends

I recently had a prescription sent to this CVS pharmacy and after two weeks of back and forth between myself and the pharmacy with no luck getting the medication, I finally went to the pharmacy in person to inquire as to what the problem was. I was told the medicine was out of stock and they were not sure when they would get it. While I found this unacceptable service (why not call the supplier for an update), it was even more unacceptable that they didn't bother to call me, email me, or any correspondence whatsoever to let me know I would have to get the medicine elsewhere. In the past, when dealing with this pharmacy, I had similar circumstances over the same medication. This is not what I call adequate customer service or even customer correspondence. Will not shop here again for medications.

Whoever was working registers tonight was the rudest person I have ever encountered. She practically yelled at my friend and I for not knowing if the self check or accepted coins or not, not to mention she was on her phone the entire time since we walked in the store.

The worst pharmacy to use. I had serious health issue in last month or so. Urgent prescription so I can breathe and stand were send over. After visit yo immediate care, emergency. Tried other doctors three different doctors prescribed medication, they don't have it or cannot interpret. I need these to stay and take them before my procedure. They say they have contacted doctor and no response. No record at doctor office. I need to switch but need these to be filled. Hope they do not lose people the way they conduct. The onus is on staff and their capability. But organization as CVS Ned to train and get some urgency around managing medications. Pharmacy need to help save life and relief not a pain in the a***

Been using this store for over 10 years getting my RX filled and over the years had just minor issues with them. Yesterday however I went in to pickup RX which I had been notified was ready for pick up. Picked it up, paid my $15 co pay, got home and found that they had given me the wrong RX. They gave me one which had been cancelled weeks before. Called to get this straightened out and they concurred that yes it had been cancelled and they would have the correct one ready in an hour. Asked about return of wrong RX and they said that RX's cannot be returned, but also added that I would not get a refund by politely saying "You should have checked the package before leaving store" Walgreens here I come

I will NEVER use this pharmacy again. My first time I did thinking I would save money but didnt even get my RX! I had an email 2 were ready, then I get a call that one is not ready for refill yet. That was fine, but I get to the store and THAT one is ready but they have no prescription on file for the one they sent me an email on saying it was ready! The girl at the counter couldn't have cared less. No manager came to try to help. All they did was look at my email then say, I have no idea we do not have it! I called customer service and filed a complaint, I emailed them. Someone was to get back to me because they take complaints seriously they say. That was Friday, it is now Monday and have not been contacted. Horrible pharmacy!

This place is absolutely ridiculous. I went in to use the ATM, which should only be a matter of a few minutes. Instead, the machine dispensed $160 of MANGLED twenties. (See pic: bills were missing chunks, torn down the middle, etc.)The cashier immediately refused to take any responsibility in the matter, and her supervisor, Sandra, was likewise useless and irresponsible. While anyone having even the slightest notion of corporate customer service would have exchanged the unusable bills, or at least attempted to reach out to a manager, both of these shiftless automatons did nothing beyond disclaim any connection to the machine that was inside their store. Sandra unhelpfully suggested that I bring the bills to the nearby bank which, when pressed, she admitted was closed. She also tried to weasel out of giving me her name and the customer service number, concerned that she should be held "liable" for the mangled bills--as though they were going to come out of her pocket or something. I called the Cardtronics ATM customer service number to see what they expected me to do with $160 that I could not spend, and they suggested that I either mail them in and wait 2-3 weeks to be reimbursed (absurd) or that I try to unload them at a local bank. They also claimed that the bills were valid just as long as the serial number was visible, which is funny since CVS just refused to accept them. Then I called the CVS customer service number, and the woman who answered, Demetria, affirmed that Sandra was wrong in not replacing the bills and acting like they didn't have anything to do with the ATM (THANK YOU!). She said that someone should call me back in 48 hours. That did not happen. **UPDATE** The district manager of CVS did contact five days later me to apologize and let me know that he was in touch with the company that owns the ATM to let them know what happened was unacceptable, and that they needed to change out the bills. While I do appreciate the apology that and I hope it will prevent this sort of thing from happening to future customers, the inconvenience to me was never remedied.
