I brought my car here for a PCV valve replacement and had to take it to the dealership a month later because they didnt rebolt my valves to my engine! Thankfully my engine and everything is fine but i would be very cautious bringing ur vehicle here!! I wont ever be going back

The service I received was definitely 5stars. This mechanic found the issue with my vehicle after 2 other mechanics said nothing was wrong. He used everything he had available to him to find the problem with the vehicle and he also worked with my warranty service who can be very complicated yet he was diligent and patient to make sure my vehicle was repaired in a thorough correct manner for the safety of myself and child

For the past couple of months my car has been running hot, and I took it to my mechanic who is excellent, and does work from his home. He replaced the thermostat, and one of the hoses which he thought might be the problem. Unfortunately, that wasn't the problem, and the car continued to run hot. I was told about 2 shops that did very good work, at reasonable rates. The first shop was Partridge auto repair, and Goode's auto repair both located in Ottawa. I chose Partridge which turned out to be a bad and costly mistake. I took my car to Partridge and he said he should be able to diagnose and fix the problem. The gentlemen had my car for 2 days, and contacted me to tell me that the radiator fan was not functioning properly and needed to be replaced, and that should take care of the problem. I told him to replace the radiator fan, and he told me that it would take a few days to get the part. I felt that I had no choice but to wait, since we were down to one car for my family. After waiting several days, I contacted Partridge, and he told me that he got the part and was going to replace it that morning. He replaced the fan, and then contacted me to tell me that the fan is not the problem, and that the car is still running hot. He then told me that he felt it was a clog that was preventing the coolant from running through the system. I asked him if he felt a radiator flush would take care of the problem, and he said that he had a very good piece of equipment that should remove anything blocking the coolant from going through. I told him that it was very important for me to have the problem resolved, since my family really needed the car back. He said he would try the flush, and was thinking that should take care of the problem. I received a call a couple of days later, to let me know that the car is still running hot, and that he was not able to diagnose the problem. He then went on to tell me that if I just kept the heat on in the car, that the car would not run hot. So after spending $288.00, the problem was not fixed, and I was told to keep the heat on to prevent my car from over heating. I am on Social security, so every dollar spent truly matters to me. This was a total waste of my time and money. I have now been told by several people, that I should have taken my care to Goode's and he would have been able to diagnose and fic the problem for me without any problem. This turned out to be an expensive lesson learned, and to make matters worse, the car is now running hotter than it did before.

Do not use this company !!! They towed my car on Saturday worked on it ...got it back on On the following Tuesday and it broke down on the following Saturday called them said they were busy!!! And they had the nerve to charge me $90.00 for a fuse!!!!
