I asked if they had a certain product in stock. The person on the phone said yes. When I asked the price he claimed they don't give prices on the phone. What? So why would I drive all the way down there just find out whether the price is within my range? Even a sleezy car salesman will give you a price on the phone.

This is not a smoke shop, just your typical lottery/corner store that just also happens to have some basic headshop products. But it's a poor selection, nothing is labeled with information at all, and the employees are just cashiers with no knowledge of the items.A real smoke shop specializes in their wares and knows what they are selling. They are nice and have a good variety of product, but don’t buy their straight up zigzag wraps. They are crazy dry. Nothing more frustrating than sitting down for that evening smoke and opening up stale wraps.

I’ve noticed out of every smoke shop in town nothing defeats Dab City over by Walmart! I’ve gone into a decent amount of Ottawa smoke shops and all of them are disappointing in comparison. They have everything from CBD to glass to silicone to hookahs and all of it is at a price I can afford. I’d go there if you plan on getting any actual knowledge of products and any real help finding things you need.
