“I stopped in to get an estimate on drilling out a license plate screw which had sheared off and to have him reinstall the interior panel to the back door, which I had removed while attempting to work on the screw. He looked at the vehicle in the parking lot, grabbed some tools, and in less than 15 minutes had the license plate remounted with new screws and new screw receivers, and had the interior panel reinstalled. He was an artist at work. I was very impressed. They were very generous with the bill. I am a small business owner as well and things like this go a long way in my opinion. Customer service is number one and Gonzo's excels at it. Their quality of work is also very impressive. I highly recommend this company and will use them again if the need arises. “Got my full synthetic oil change done here. Was twice as fast as the GM dealership (took around 45 minutes) price was also better than the quick lube places (price was just over $70 after taxes and fees).
People were nice and they sent me a complete report via email after oil change/inspection was done which was excellent. Will definitely return.”

Come to find out one of the tires was cross-threaded and it was a whole process of me and my dad having to remove the lug nut, but they were so helpful and patient the entire time. Waited until we were done to take the wheel from us and put the last tire on for me. Willing to help us with whatever. This was around 4-7 last night. Majority of the crew that was there, was all hands on deck!”
