“I normally do not write reviews, but in this case it was a must. I was returning a pair of shoes I had purchased for my daughters birthday, they ran very small, and they did not have the size I needed in stock. Chris was so kind and offered to check other locations to see if they had the size I needed. The Oswego store did not have it and Chris offered to go to a different store and have it for me the next day. I have never received such a wonderful customer experience. Thank you Chris for going above and beyond for me.”
“Nothing but great things to say about this place! I only wish it was closer to me so I could go here more often, but pretty much every time I'm out to the burbs my mom and I make a trip here! I have gone here since I was in high school for school dance dresses. One of the great things about this place is they take note of what high school you go to so no one else from your school can come and buy that dress, avoiding the oh-so-dramatic same dress crisis! As cheesy as it sounds, I have some good memories looking for high school dance dresses with my mom and friends here and I have the friendly environment and staff there to thank! Fast forward a few years and I still shop here for their fabulous clothes! They are fashionable, affordable and of good quality. I don't usually like receiving clothing as a gift, but my mom knows that whatever she picks out from here its almost a guarantee that I will love it! I live in the city now and every time my roommate compliments something I'm wearing she automatically says "its from that boutique in the suburbs isnt it?!" She had to check it out for herself so one weekend this past fall we made the trip out there and she was definitely impressed. As I mentioned, my mom is also a huge fan of American Male. She even had the bubbly and outgoing owner call my dad near Christmas time to "hint" to him that it might be a good idea to come pick up some things for my mom's christmas gift. I could continue because I have so many great things to say about this place, but I'll spare you. All in all, a friendly small store that deserves some recognition for their great business!”
