I came here on June 6th to have a place to get my new car washed every day. When I purchased it, I never received a sticker. I thought it was signed up with my license plate. Now, trying to cancel, I signed up with Oswego. I called Oswego and Joliet locations, but the phone rings for a long time and then asks for a remote access code before hanging up. I tried to cancel online, but you need the sticker code and the online service is currently not available.

Vacuum nozzle fell off. Car wash did not dry car off and left spots residue. No sprays or rags to finish cleaning the car.

My wash always looks great. The attendants do a good job prewashing and keeping the line moving. Lots of room to vacuum and clean mats afterward.
