This Walgreens pharmacy has went severely downhill the past few months. Only one register open, constant long wait lines, prescription errors. Will be moving to another pharmacy. Being open 24 hours does not help if they don’t have the staff to actually run those hours.

Always ALWAYS slow and busy, even if there's only one person ahead of you in line LOL and there's seven or eight staff members which is pretty rare, because most of the time there's only 1-3, though they appear to have added staff recently, so we'll see what happens, but the last time I was there was last Monday and there were two people ahead of me and it took me 35 minutes. ????

One of the pharmacist on 5/1/2022 did an absolutely fantastic job in assisting me with acquiring vital digital vaccine record I needed for my travel.Due to having multiple accounts I was unable to view my digital vaccine record on the app which is necessary for international travel.I went to another Walgreens prior but as much as they tried, they could not assist (Not their fault).Kayley (I apologize in advance, if I spelled your name wrong), the pharmacist, went above and beyond and even called another locations’ manager to assist me because their manager was unavailable in sorting out my vaccine records so that I have my digital docs on time.Thank you from the bottom of my heart!!

Have been going here for a while to have my sons prescription filled, the last 2 times they have been out of his medication but didn't bother to call me & ask if I wanted to fill what they could or try another location & just took it upon themselves to half fill the prescriptions. This time though they filled 1 but the other they said was on manufacturer back order (which is fine I completely understand it's out of their control) but they not only didn't bother to let me know ow thus until after they called, I went in to get the meds & they hand me 1 prescription & I asked about the 2nd one & she tells me & asks if I want the prescription back (of course I do our insurance will flag us if we don't fill it) but now it's been 3 days and they can't find the prescription that they didn't fill but filed away. I don't understand how you can lose a prescription that you didn't fill? Why are you putting prescriptions that you didn't fill with prescriptions you did? I'm still waiting on them to locate the prescription bc apparently it grew legs & walked away. This is the most ridiculous pharmacy ever!

I was trying to drop off my Rx. As many of you know, if you wait inside the store you get in within 15-20 minutes.The young lady said “it’ll be ready in an hour and a half.” I had asked her if I can just wait the 15 minutes and just get it then.The RUDE pharmacist yells across the the room (she was in the back) saying “it’ll be ready in an hour and a half! We have other orders to do and it’ll be ready when it’s ready.” I honestly didn’t hear her 100% because I didn’t know that she was talking to me. I asked the young lady “I’m sorry, was she talking to me ??” And she said “yes she was.” I’m like “oh. I didn’t realize that being she was over there.” And I turned to the pharmacist and said “I’m sorry, it’s just something you guys normally do !” But she has already turned away. Of course ! Rude ! Can’t wait to never go back.

The service at the pharmacy is abysmal and the lack of concern the pharmacists display for their patients is disturbing. Stay away unless you find yourself in desperate need of their 24 hour service.

I had to switch to this pharmacy due to insurance, and I am now on my third day without medication. They switched the medication I take to another without my Drs consent, or mine; and then told me I need a Dr note to get my original prescrition. I went back CVS and paid out of pocket, for my original medication (without an issue), to avoid dealing with this place.

I went to this Walgreens about a month ago to get the vaccine it was fairly quick and I had no issues. I then made my appointment for my next shot today I called to confirm that my shot can be done today and the lady on the phone said “yes come at anytime today we are here 24 hours and also offer walk ins” I came in shortly after and the skinny blonde lady yells at me saying that the system is down and constantly tells me that no one had told me to come in today. Turns out that the person on the phone was probably that lady and didn’t want to own up to her mistake. I do not recommend this Walgreens/pharmacy to anyone and I will no longer be coming here.

This has been my go to pharmacy for the past 3 years. Never had a problem until I went to drop off a prescription. They’ve always allowed me to get it filled 1-3 days early just so that Once My 30day supply is gone I’ll have my next 30 day supply ready. It’s unfair to give this Walgreens pharmacy 1 star because they’ve always been AWESOME! It’s the skinny Blonde Pharmacist with glasses that gets the 1 star for the poor attitude who’d rather embarrass me in front of a line of customers than explain to me what the problem is and why I’ve never had this problem before.

Dropped off script, was told to pick up in 2 hours, I went to pick it up, said were out of the blood thinners. So They said go to Tinley Park, then went back to this original location and asked for my script, in the meantime girls said go to Wolf Road and pick it up 6 hr of complete waste of time. Pharmacy said to busy to talk. ZERO STARS NEVER WILL I GO BACK

The absolute worst service in the pharmacy on the midnight shift the most ignorant lady I just come across I'm 51 years old trying to get my script and she's yelling about a doctor se is yeeling about a doctor instead of taking care of the customer the most ignorant I've ever come across in my life I can't believe employees employees think they have power over a doctor and do what they want I'm sorry that I have stock in this company and I will sell every bit Walgreens is on the wrong path of how they treat their people All the stores have a 2 star review all of them none of their stores is more

Poor, slow, lazy service. Was 15 minutes early for vaccine appointment with no one else waiting. Still waiting 25 minutes later. Do not go here.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. The pharmacy is the absolute worst and unsafe place. They are constantly making near misses and the customers are the ones catching them. They lost my prescription, filled it quickly while I was there, then call me an hour later saying they gave me the wrong amount? For a pharmacy where people are relying on life saving medications, they really should be competent at filling prescriptions. I will be switching to another pharmacy because I feel this place is unsafe and a risk because of all the mistakes they constantly make. Do better. Unacceptable

Terrible experience at the pharmacy (and this is not the 1st time). Undertrained staff at front that would rather you left without your medication than try to help or provide pleasant service. To top it off the pharmacist laughed in my face when I asked her to help. I work for a medical facility.....Such a shame.
