I received a call that medication is ready for pick up. I wait in Drive thru for 25min just to tell me there are no medication to pick up.This is not the 1st time or 2nd time.It happened multiple times!!!!!

Pulled up to the drive through at 10:55 AM. No one came to the window. Apparently they're on lunch from 11AM - 11:30 but they started early, that's nice. Always a long line & I just drove up. I guess everyone else knows they start lunch early. I get multiple auto phone calls all the time for refilling my prescription. I get it refilled. Usually a few days later I go to pick it up & they've put it back into stock. I never get a call to let me know before they do that. I really need to switch this prescription to another pharmacy.

You can’t put that you open 24hrs and when someone come to get a medicine at 3 am in the morning its closed, they have a picture on the door the pharmacy is open but its not.Worst place and management

This review is for the pharmacy. Beyond horrible! The front line pharmacy clerks (women, one young man is cool) are miserable, inconsiderate, uncaring and incompetent individuals who should find another job. My doctor E-scribed a prescription at 3pm. I called at 5pm to see if it was ready. They said they didn't have it. I called at 7pm. Still said they didn't have it. I called another store, because this store's pharmacy employees were so rude, to see if they could do an all pharmacy search in case it went to another store. Nope, 9pm, I'm being told they do not see the script. The next day I call my doctor's office and they say they sent it and will send it again. Within 10 minutes I called Walgreens and my prescription was ready and my Walgreens paperwork says they received the E-script at 4:34pm the day before. So it basically takes them 12 plus hours to fill a very common prescription? Worthless. Avoid this location at all costs!!!I want to add, the tall, blond young lady that works in cosmetics is very nice as well as the cashiers. Otherwise, stay away from the pharmacy!!!

Bad experience today. Made an appointment for a flu shot arrived on time and was told 15-20 minutes. After 40 minutes, I inquired and the tech yelled at me saying she told me it would be 15 minutes (apparently couldn’t read the clock) 4 appointments had backed up at this point. Horrible customer service.

The pharmacy staff is disrespectful, inconsiderate, rude, unprofessional, disgusting and the absolute worst. They all deserve to be fired. Avoid this pharmacy at all cost. I will be contacting corporate. ZERO stars. I hope Walgreens takes all these complaints seriously and that everyone in this pharmacy department loses their jobs.

THIS STORE IS OPEN EVERYDAY 24 hours now today this morning they say they dont open til 8am after the man is outside on his phone smoking a cigarette… I definitely will be contacting corporate I need medicine for my baby.

I wish I could give 0 stars. I've never seen a business take such a quick nose dive.First of all, their communication is horrible. They cancelled my prescription hours after it was sent in when their app said it would have been filled and be ready in minutes. No text message or anything. The only reason I noticed is because I looked at the app. I called in to talk to the staff and after waiting a while, someone picked my call up and immediately put me on hold without saying anything. I go in to talk to the pharmacist and the head pharmacist says, well, it's on backorder... Well, why had I not had a back supply? It's a controlled substance that the pharmacist has had the ability to give me a few days early and thus build up a backup supply for me, but she said she wouldn't because of the headache it would give because of compliance reviews with her company.For 25 years, I had never had so many headaches as this place has given me in the last 3 months.And the communication is horrible!Go somewhere else.

This store is located in a convenient location; however, the leadership staff has no idea how to properly behave and treat their employees or customers. After a little conversation in the photo kiosk with a very helpful and nice gentleman, another lady showed up to help. When the time came to pay, the customer had to pay different price than was told in the beginning. The lady treated the customer horrible because she find out the customer has a different nationality (in addition to being an US citizen). The lady, introduced herself as: “I’m his boss and I’m a manager here!”, she never stated her name and the tag was turned around so nobody was able to read who they are they talking with. The LEADERSHIP lady should have training on how to treat employees and how to behave in the front of customers if any issues would occur. Please be aware that you might be “legally" robbed there.Customer.

My elderly mother visited this location in order to try scanning some photos. She is not good with technology and initially got assistance from someone helpful who showed her how to use the scanning machine. When she finished up, she needed further assistance and the original employee was not available.She instead had the misfortune of the store manager coming over, shoving a chair out of the way and pounding her fingers on the keyboard to help complete the task. Her childish behavior was so blatant my mother asked if she should just leave the store because the display this woman was putting on made it clear she was not welcome there. This "manager" clearly does not posses the self-control or demeanor of a person who should be placed in the charge of other people or who interacts with customers. It was nothing short of complete incompetence. There was a young kid, who seemed to be in training during my mother's interaction with the first employee, who was then present during this second incident with the "manager". He was continually apologetic to my mother over the incident and assisted her the best he could. Perhaps you should immediately promote that young gentleman to the manager position since he clearly had the correct attitude and concern for the customer that this "manager" lacked. At the very least, a decent, capable manager should pull this kid aside and thank him for putting the customer first. Because you know that other "manager" probably treats the employees there worst than she treats the customers.

This store is consistently under-stocked. Even prescriptions are commonly only partially filled. @Walgreens, why do you stock a 24 hour store like a store that closes at midnight? It's become a useless store.

Never had problems with my script until I started going here. I get more reliable service from my keurig’s auto delivery system. Will be changing pharmacies.
