This was the second time we chose this company for the ordering of our flooring product but the first time we also used them for the installation of the flooring as well. The staff at Sherlock's Carpet and Tile was both friendly and professional while helping to measure and order the materials needed. Most importantly the job done by the installation team looks great and I would not hesitate to recommend them for any flooring install/remodeling needs you may have.

Don Dignan is a very nice and patient associate that helped us with carpet selection and measurement. Noe and his partner were fantastic at moving our heavier pieces of furniture and installing our carpet. Overall, a very positive experience!

We’ve used Sherlock Carpeting for both flooring for our basement, carpeting for a bedroom and a carpet we had bound for our dining area. Our salesman Don Dignan was wonderful to work with giving us great information that helped make our decisions easier. The installation guys were quick and professional. We recently were searching for and comparing several carpet & flooring stores for a purchase and installation of high-quality LVP (luxury vinyl plank) flooring.
We have been remodeling our old 1970's tiled basement and had already completed some framing, drywall, electrical, ceiling painting and new LCD lighting and were at the last stage.....finding great looking LVP flooring and getting a quality installation.
THAT'S EXACTLY WHAT WE RECEIVED WHEN WE CHOSE SHERLOCK CARPET & TILE AND WORKED WITH A INCREDIBLE SALES ASSOCIATE, KEVIN SWEENEY.
Our process took quite a while....trying to decide on a quality LVP brand and just the right flooring design, character, and color. We never thought there would ever be so many choices, but Kevin patiently guided us through the process of evaluating brands and colors and pricing options.
We did have a 2nd competitor that we were also considering.....and both were very good candidates... but Kevin stood out above all the other competition and won the job. It took several visits to take home 4 or 5 samples at a time and discuss at home which one we liked most.
To make a long story short, we eventually decided on the Shaw Floorte Luxury Vinyl Plank "Fresh Take" in a 9" wide plank in Cabriole Brown and have to say, IT IS BEAUTIFUL !
Installation happened in mid-March, taking 2 days. The Sherlock installation crew did an excellent job even though they had to do a little extra work you smooth out a couple inconsistencies in out existing flooring to make sure all was level and provide a perfect base for applying adhesive and flooring. They also did a great job of trimming our several doorway casings so that the new vinyl plank fit neatly under each door casing, yielding a high-quality "finished" look.
We worked closely with Kevin and got a great quality floor and JUST THE BEST SERVICE AT A VERY FAIR PRICE.
We have additional plans to carpet several bedrooms and a hallway later this year. Although we will always do our due diligence in selecting the carpet and store to work with, I CAN GUARANTEE YOU THAT KEVIN & SHERLOCK CARPET & TILE WILL LIKELY BE THE WINNER ON THIS PROJECT TOO.

The installation of our basement floor and steps completed to our satisfaction and it looks great. We get many complements. We were shorted a few boards to complete a nook area and Tom Ullsperger our salesman with no hesitation ordered extra so we could complete our basement. Thank you again Tom.
