“I was in the store using the self service printer when I overheard a conversation between a customer and the Manager Sunni and employee Ethan. The customer was very rude and upset after deleting her own emails. She wanted someone to blame for her own doing. Manager Sunni and employee Ethan went above and beyond to help the customer to no avail. The customer at one point demanded to see Manager Sunni’s phone to browse her personal email! In the end Manager Sunni and employee Ethan did a phenomenal job at being professional.
