I applied to this location for asset protection. The store invited me to the hiring event. The event was scheduled from 11am-5pm. I currently have a job so I made it there around 3:45-4:00. I sat signed in for over an hour to not be interviewed whatsoever. The store manager stated he's given the Asset Protection manager my information but I highly doubt it. I've been calling to get a fair chance to be interviewed but no one is willing to reach out. The store manager never contacted me when he stated he would let me know if the position had been filled at this point. Very rude, and inconsiderate of someone's life and time. I guess I'm the wrong color for Asset protection in this company. Can't be black and looking for a asset Protection job with Nordstrom it won't happen.

Purchased a pair of shoes while shopping with my puppy. I enjoyed their large selection and great values. I was Surprised Nordstrom rack is dog friendly, so I plan on shopping here a lot.

This store is biased towards their dark skin customers when conducting a return ! I witnessed a customer make a return and when she left a manager reverse the money and took the product and the money front he customer . The cashiers will deny discretionary returns with some customers who are not rich or a minority . Also, they accept some returns with bugs from other customers. Use your discretion when shopping here to assure that the merchandise doesn’t carry any germs as the merchandise is often mishandled

I went in only looking for dressy sandals, however my options were very minimal in my size. The shoe section was a bit unorganized with random shoes on the floors and on the seats where people can sit and try on shoes. The kids' shoe section wasn't any better as there weren't many options for casual sandals in their sizes either. Not sure how the other departments/sections in the store were but I'm pretty sure I would have been better off looking online at different websites instead of wasting time looking in this store, at least when it comes to sandals/shoes.

I walked in 7/2/2021 around 5:36 to make a return. There was a clear mistake in the system from a previous return on the same receipt. Instead of the manger hearing me out and helping me with my return she chose to response very loudly in a store full of people. She kept stating that I was not understanding the issue and should call the number online to resolve my issue. The girl at the register understood when I was saying and even tried to explain it to the manger as well. The manger also proceeded to cut her off as well. Absolutely horrible Custer service. Horrible manger. I called the number online as recommended and even emailed them about my issue and the mangers horrible customer service.

They have tons of stuff to choose from, The men's sock selection for dress socks was pretty awesome. What I do not like is the fact its really not discounted at all the prices were pretty high.

Store was nice, the line to check out took forever. Only 2 cashiers for 15 people deep. 20 mins to buy a pair of shoes.

There selection is not to Good ... and there's only one cashier ringing out customers... the line is all the way to the back of the store .. took about 25 mins to get to the register .?
