I’m a physician and I had to take my family member for labs. The labs are basic ones and were supposed to be done in 24 to 48 hours. I have not received the results yet I had to pay cash because they would not accept our health insurance. I have called multiple times, sent them multiple emails with no response. The lady who was available on Saturday was extremely rude and unprofessional. Please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. I’ve been talking with my colleagues, and they call this “ labcrap” for a reason. Absolutely disgusting and pathetic. I hope someday they get sued and learn a lesson not to play with patient’s health ?????

I have never left a review for a blood draw, but that was amazing! I did not even tell Tonya stick me :-) and... I should tell you, I typically get very lightheaded.but, today I didn't. I've never said that getting my blood drawn made my day... But it did today. Thanks Tanya!

Waited over 2 hours to get the blood work done. There are only 5 people in front of me and only one employee who has to do everything. I have been waiting forever and she took the person who came after me without any appointment. Labcorp should hire more people.

They refuse to answer the phone. I called multiple times and even left a message for a call back as instructed. No one called me back. Thinking they're busy, I decided to drive there and just do a walk-in. When I arrive there are zero patients and the receptionist is just sitting there. The phone wasn't ringing, yet you can't call me back? Then she tells me that drug tests are from 8-11 or 2-4. I got there at 11:30 not knowing this information since they don't answer the phone. It's not hard to just do your job.

Visit was perfect. Very accommodating and welcoming. Lab tech (Ms. Easton) offered superior service and was genuinely kind and courteous. No complaints at all.

They are not open until 4:30, like they advertise on the website, google, door, etc...but 4. I came at 4:06 and they refused to test me. Rude receptionist too.

So far social distancing is a joke. Chairs on top of each other. Using safe check in a joke. Why did I choose this location. No temperature checks were performed either. Simple tool and they failed. Explains why so easy to get appointment over Quest.

Last time i ever go to this location.. People here do not know how to draw simple blood work !!. Today i took my daughter there and the person witch only have 1 person work tried 2 times to draw blood and couldn't. This one person there I've had multiple problems drawing my daughter's blood work. Seriously you work at a lab office to draw blood work and can't do it. Never again
