“Ordered catered food from Pyramid several times for big family events. Always ready on time, correctly setup and fabulously fresh and delicious! They are willing to customize and mix and match any of their regular items to our choosing for catering orders. Easy pickup from their side door entrance and they are very helpful to help load up your vehicle with your catering order and make sure it's secure as possible.”

“Needed churros for our Mexican-style Christmas dinner. Found a box of 24 frozen, which was perfect. Popped them in the oven during dinner so they'd be ready for dessert!”

“Clean, organized, some items are reasonably priced. Staff seem friendly and willing to help. We had driven 45 minutes to get there. The Des Plains location had everything I was looking for but unfortunately, closed some years back.I was a little disappointed with imported food, very limited in selection. Overall I will return back in the future.”

“Came here years ago and wasn't impressed - came back today and I have been won over! Aldi will honestly always be my #1 choice but this Meijer is where I will go for EVERYTHING I can't get at Aldi!”

“Jewel has always been our family’s grocery store since they have opened. They shall continue to be my fav mainly because I don’t want to ring up and bring my own bags so I can bag my own groceries! I know Aldi which is now across the street may have cheaper items but I guess I’m willing to pay extra for a lil bit of service! I’ve always been happy with Jewel’s employees, service, product selection. Only downside are the prices are rising bit more than I like or expect. I know everything has gone up since pandemic but …”

“This location is struggling. They have had issues with road construction on multiple and long occasions. This has cut off traffic to their location. This being said they have to account for it and go the extra mile to bring in business. Unfortunately they have failed in this area. Both my wife and I have rotated grocery stores on a weekly basis for years. We finally decided to go to the Orland Park location permanently and not to go anywhere else. They earned our business early on when they first opened. But the past several weeks have left us very disappointed. Our last experience was on Friday, our usual day, and the shelves were all but empty. Basic stuff like bananas were out of stock. I asked the manager to get some out of the back and she said they did not have any. And this was across the entire store. Not paying their bills? Who knows but this is unacceptable as I had to go across the street to Jewel to get the bananas, blue berries and Honey Crisp apples which they haven't had in weeks. I want this location to succeed. Its two blocks from my house and brand new. But I will not put up with this. Shape up Aldi or I will go to one of the other three locations within a short driving distance from me.”

“First time stopping into this location so late. Love the Whole Food's store smell. Fresh, clean and inviting. Ran in to grab some orange juice for the week, of course I exited with additional items. Super kale salad blend and the new oat-milk cookie butter creamer. I already know that's going to make my mushroom coffee taste delish.”

“What would people do without a Jewel in their neighborhoods? Underrated fried/grilled chicken, great mild guacamole, and a strawberry shortcake hidden in the bakery section are some gems.”

“I think the store is Super Duper however it is very annoying to me that the manager... Rebecca or Mellisa not certain constantly singing at the check stand. Its horrible. Other than that everyone is great & helpful. Mahalo! Stop the singing "do you believe in love " really”

“Jewel-Osco I really like this store. Why? Good customer service. Always quick to let you know they will help you as soon as possible, which for me is a big deal. They seem to be fully stocked, they are busy but not crowded. Relaxing, spacious, well organized and easy to find things. The price is really reasonable. it's pretty standard. It has most everything you'd expect to find at one. ALWAYS clean and I am especially impressed with their butcher department. Always having time to help their customers. The produce department seems to have fresh chicken. And wide selection of fresh vegetables. one of the best grocery stores I've ever used.”

“FYI ~ I'm generally a "brand " snob when it comes to salty snacks. I always prefer Lay's. Recently, due to the price of snacks these days and after bypassing Lay's I considered NO snacks. Then I decided to try a bag of Kroger corn chips (Fritos). Bravo ~ as good ~ maybe better ~ than my snob brand. So today I bought crunchy corn curls (Cheetos) ~ pretty darn good. Half the price and so far so good!!! Potato chips are next.”
