I had one way rental at this location and pick up was at 4:00.I arrived 15 minutes prior my pick up time.Even though lot was full of cars I had to wait for them to bring car from somewhere, they told me it will be 5 minutes but it ended up being 30.So they came back at 4:20, and then told me to wait so they can clean the car.I waited and received car at 4:40( 40 minutes after my scheduled pick up time), and since I was late for my appointment at company, I took the car in rush. But once I sat in the car I couldn't but notice strong weed smell.So I went back to the lady and ask her If she can smell it, she said no I can't, but If you have problem I can clean the car again but that will be another 15 minutes, since I was late already, I decided not to wait, and just ask her to note it on my rental agreement so I don't get charged for cleaning fee.I left but had to drive with windows opened all night.In the Morning I saw what looks like human fluid on the passenger seat and door.I rent with Enterprise all the time and this is my first bad experience. It's stuff's neglect.Absolutely disgusting and wast of my time!So be aware of this If you're picking up at this location.

Customer service is lacking. I modified a reservation for same-day pickup at 5 pm. I received a voicemail from a young lady who told me to "give them a call back" without telling me who was calling. I had to google the number to see who called. When I returned the call the young man who answered the phone was pleasant and gave me the rundown on what I needed to bring for my reservation. Because it was my first time at this location, I got a little turned around and arrived at the door at precisely 5:04 pm. The associates clearly looked like they were closing down; however, because I had a 5 pm reservation, I did not think they wouldn't allow me to rent the car. I have a major problem when you see a customer knocking, and you are standing and walking and completely ignore them. It's completely RUDE. After knocking and standing at the door, a young man walked up and politely told me their system shuts down at 5 pm. I was late but did not throw a fit because I could understand. However, when I asked him if any other locations were open, he said no and said I can not rent from the airport with an in-state license! Huh??? That did not make any sense at all. I didn't question him at the moment because I could tell they were trying to close, but I'm not one to leave things alone and decided to call the airport to see if, indeed, I could not rent with an in-state license with a major credit card. The young lady at the Midway location was very pleasant and very knowledgeable. Well, what do you know?! Of course, I can rent with an IL license with a major credit card! That makes a lot more sense. I gave them two stars because the gentlemen were polite but this location needs coaching. 1) Learn phone etiquette. Simply telling someone where you're calling from goes a long way. 2) When you go over all the items needed for a customer to bring in for a 5 pm reservation, please also mention to the customer they need to arrive prior to 5 pm because your system shuts down. Customers may be coming from work and would not make a reservation if they knew the system was shut down. 3) Please know the knowledge of your company policies or don't assume the customer does not have a major credit card to go to another location.

I was charged for a rental paid for by the Nissan dealership and then charged again when I didn't rent a car from them ... It was during COVID ,, so hopefully they are under different management now... But they totally screwed me over

Had to rent a car quick, the same day. Went to Enterprise in Orland Park in Illinois. They got me in and out with a nice dependable car and no hassle. My wife and I were very pleased. We always have great service with enterprise.

Due to the rental being for a car accident insurance claim and that part going smoothly would be the 2 stars. The woman contacting me to update me on the rental was rude. 3 or 4 separate calls of her calling me with just sass... She needs to be retrained in customer service.. ( I wish I got her name, but I also don't think I was ever told it). Then after getting the vehicle, it was filthy, smelled of cigarettes and marijuana.. smoke film on the windows so the car was definitely not cleaned after the last use. After going to a different location (better service) they promptly called this location and told them of the issue. I was told they would call me when they have a trade vehicle as this was only the 2nd day of the rental and I had a month to go, no one called. Pretty disappointed as enterprise is my go to rental company.

Racially profiled the manager and Tim/Brian forgot names both racist they stole my $50 deposit lied to me about it the paper u sign should said refundable fee but it just says fee never had a experience like this at enterprise and this the only fully yt staffed enterprise I went to I had no choice they messed up my rental order and gave me a hard time considering taking legal action for the emotional distress IF YOU BLACK AND YOU GO HERE MAKE SURE U READ THE PAPERS U SIGN OR THEY WILL ROB YOU!!!!!!!!!!! And to the staff you won’t find a better life until u do right

Great service. Pleasant pick up driver. My insurance company made a mistake and Nate handled it calmly and professionally. He went above and beyond. Nice rental too.

Excellent Rental Service... Sent a Enterprise Employee for Customer Pick Up and Take Me Back to The Office to Complete the RentalPaperwork. In and Out within a half hour. Issued a 2020 Chevy GMC Blazer. I would highly recommend this office if you need to rent a vehicle.
