After making an appointment at bestbuy 3 days ago I arrive no battery in stock I seen them leaving bestbuy waited till 12 that’s when they open. Dropped off phone ? came back in 2 hours it was ready to go. Good work fast service oem parts were installed and programmed.

I received a recommendation from Assurant to have my screen repaired at this establishment. While they successfully repaired the screen, an unfortunate incident resulted in a damaged front camera and the return of a wrong S-Pen. They promised to rectify the camera issue when they had the necessary parts in stock, but it's been over half a year without any communication. Regrettably, they declined assistance with the S-Pen, citing it was not part of the claim. Consequently, I exchanged a cracked screen for a phone with a damaged camera and a non-functional S-Pen. This was an hour drive to wait two hours to drive back the next day and wait two hours again.

Even though the store manager apologized, I still feel like this review needs to be written. I came in today August 29, 2023 at 12:30 for an appointment to get my iPhone 11 screen repaired, I had no other issues with the phone!! My phone was returned to me with no data….what really pissed me off is that both the manager and young girl at the front desk told me that I came in without data on my phone which was not true they messed my phone up! I knew the girl wasn’t the brightest the moment I interacted with her when I walked in the store and she told me to log onto my iCloud account and my device popped up with my name attached to it and she proceeded to tell me that it wasn’t the right device lol…. but when she tried to tell me that I can’t make calls without data I really knew something was off….they told me the repair was not the cause of my phone no longer having data and there’s nothing further that they could do & they would not take accountability which really upset me because I knew that was not true and after about an hour of sitting in the store with no assistance because they felt it wasn’t their issue the manager finally came back out and decided to try the SIM card as a last resort and guess what… when he took it out he saw that my SIM card was dirty and had finger prints on it causing the data issue…today was the first day my SIM card had ever been taken out my phone and the young girl was the one who removed it.He cleaned the sim card and problem solved. that was such a simple solution and would’ve saved me so much wasted time if they wouldn’t have been so quick to accuse me of bringing the phone in without data…I do not recommend this repair store but if you have to go to this one and something happens do not leave until they resolve the issue because they will try to tell you it’s not their fault. I really hope no other issues arise after this repair I would never want to visit this store again.

Got an IPhone screen replaced and it was done with non authentic apple parts (was not specified before repair) it is clearly of lesser quality, not only in its display but touch sensitivity. The workers are not particularly friendly either. There are much better repair shops around.

My speaker was not working, Verizon recommended Ubreakifix. They wanted to replace speaker for $100. Took phone to CPR Cell Phone Repair, they took a look at it and cleaned phone, works great no charge! Very honest company!

The boys at the shop were super friendly and helpful. Had a new screen on my almost four generation old phone in 2 hours while I shopped at Costco. Give all of them raises and more paid time off. Sincerely, a former cell phone store manager.

My daughter dropped her S22 Ultra and broke the screen. T-mobile sent us here and they fixed the phone in about 2 hrs. It was good fast service.

I got my phone fixed my galaxy notes twenty ultra fixed at this place anne they did a good job it's set them a little longer than what I expected but they did a wonderful job on my phone highly recommend

This is the best place to go for high quality, used phones, iPads, and computers. If they don’t have what you want, then they will call you when they do. And they stand behind their products with a limited one year warranty. I’ve sold some outdated stuff here also and was able to apply a credit towards my purchase.

Although I had to go through the unfortunate experience of replacing a cracked screen. The team at CPR was professional and got it replaced as promised! They do more than just replace cracked screens too!
