I did not have a pleasant experience with this company and would not recommend them at all....hired someone who is part time real estate agent didn't know exactly what that implies but basically if you meet a real estate agent who is part time RUN!!!!! so hired this individual who only had sold 1 property before dealing with me and I found that out once I fired her from the job....but the worst part was after I let her go I wanted to stay with the company to avoid any issues and reached out to a few people to try and get some help with my property and they lied and said I didn't wanna sell my property...the branch manager wanted me to call him once I fired the part time agent and I call and he doesn't answer the phone.....and just very unprofessional by far was thee WORST EXPERIENCE I have ever had and a would never use them EVER AGAIN! When us as clients reach out to real estate agents for help etc we assume they have our best intrest at heart but they really dont....they just looking for that cash money....and it's unfortunate but I learned my lesson and will stay clear away from this company!

We worked with Michael for the purchase of commercial assets at the end of 2023. Michael was a perfect example of what a realtor should be: respectful, timely, precise, honest, resourceful. Michael went above and beyond to help us and this was specially important given that it was our first commercial transaction. Michael was available and responsive no matter the time. To summarize, Michael was excellent. We could not have asked for a better realtor and we would be honored to partner with Michael again.

I don't know about the other agents with B & W Orland Park, but our experience with Sharon Kubasak was unacceptable. My MIL used Sharon because they are friends. First, Sharon turned down an offer without consulting my MIL ( and my MIL accepted her word that the people "weren't serious" anyway). I almost blew a gasket. Three months later we finally get mom to agree to let her contract lapse and sign with another agent. The contract lapsed 6 days ago, and Sharon has not yet removed the lockbox from the front door so the new agent (Who we signed papers with yesterday) can put his box on the house, even though we called Sharon this week to remind her to remove the box. She gave a code to get into the box, but the code does not work. Wrong code? I don't know. My husband is going to have to resort to trying to remove the door knob to remove the box. (BTW, MLS code says lock boxes must be removed within 3 days of cancellation or expiration of contract). Buyer beware Sharon Kubasak.

Had my recent home closing at Baird & Warner. Everything went extremely well & very quickly. Friendly & very efficient staff & pleasant office. My 4 year old grandson had to accompany me to the closing & definitely loved the B & W cookie! Thank you!
