I worked here for 3 weeks, complete mess walking through the door! My 2nd day of working the whole management team quit! Including the district manager which was over 12 stores. I tried sticking out learning what I could on my own hoping it would get better. But it got WORSE! another district manager named Maritza got transferred over to take over the stores. Her communication was poor! She then hired a friend of hers who was also unprofessional, and they gossiped over dumb stuff! But when I called for important things she could never answer her phone! Or the fact that the Marshall was in the store threatening to shut it down because it failed inspection 3x! She didn't answer. And I still have text messages of paper trail for proof! Mind you i never got fully trained for anything, and working for someone like her became even more overwhelming. I quit and two other employees left with me. They were also fed up with their unprofessional ways! I would not recommend circle k ever to anyone!

Got up early for work this morning because I wanted to stop for gas. Card was approved but nothing coming out of pump. I went to another pump same thing. I went in one cashier at register one sitting on floor stocking. I addressed the girl in floor saying “excuse me” asked if I was doing something wrong? She barely looked up said in snotty tone, “I don’t know mam” As I was leaving so I wasn’t late for work another woman was having same issue. Only then did someone come out. I’m sorry you hate your job and have to work Saturday. I’m working Saturday too otherwise I wouldn’t be pumping gas at 6am Saturday morning!! I’m so glad when anybody needs help at my job I stop what I’m doing to help them. No pride in work anymore!!

The lady who is working behind the counter as we speak...unsure of her name...rotten human being. If people asking for their receipt equals them irritating you perhaps you should stay home. Never saw such horrible service

ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE of any gas station I have ever been in. Have lived in this area for the last 12 years. This Circle K location has never had friendly clerks. Not in 12 years and they have had plenty of different people, mostly women. They will not even speak to you even when you say the customary please and thank you's. Today I pressed the "poor service" on their register screen, but I doubt it will matter. I'm done with this place. Absolutely no excuse for such ignorant behavior.

Very arrogant employee (M _ ni_ _ e). The pump locked out and I asked to prepay for 14 gallons and apparently the employee can’t do the math so I had to say it in $$. The employee was no help at all with locked pump and made me just wait around. The pump was clear when I walked out side. Definitely not going inside ever because there is no point.

Very arrogant third shift employee. Been stopping here for years for coffee and gas but after dealing with 3rd shift (around 5AM) employee on Saturday morning I will drive a little further now to get gas and coffee.

Horrible experience here while traveling via bike. The dummy working the late night shift thought beer sales stopped at 1am.. lol what country is she from? Then she cried and called the other stores not knowing what she was doing This was so odd
