I’m not sure who the manager is but Cole needs to be fired. I went in for a turn signal bulb one evening and nobody was to be found. When I finally chirped up, Cole came from the back with a cloud of smoke behind him! Not only was this already frustrating but then he was just downright demeaning to me for no reason. He even rolled his eyes at me for not knowing my car’s sub model!!! Completely disappointed with my service compared to to past experiences.

The manager, Andrew was so rude to us. I came in with my significant other to get my battery changed and once we handed him the receipt he then let out a big sigh and was snippy and rude to us the entire time. He acted like we were demanding to him when all we wanted was to see what was wrong with my battery.If you’re the MANAGER, don’t treat your customers that way.

Andrew helped changed our headlight. We tried to tip him for saving us so much time but he refused. I highly recommend this store for auto part needs.

A lady working, went above and beyond. She came outside in the rain and helped me locate the fuse box. She helped me figure out what it was I needed. Although they didn’t have my part in stock, grateful she helped me figure out what it was I needed.

Daughters car needed 3 coils, they only had one, told me the other coils would be there later in the day. I came in after the agreed time and bought 3 coils . Great service
