I brought in an older Honda for routine service and a special repair job. I was well received by Brandien and my vehicle was serviced in a timely manner and he provided quotes for the repairs. I will schedule future appointments to cater to the other issues they found during inspection. I appreciate the courtesy and kindness from Brandien and the transportation crew and they also have the new and very impressive Honda Prologue in many colors - I loved the vehicle!

Wonderful service here. I have driven a Honda since 2007 when I purchased my first vehicle in Florida. I moved back home to Illinois and started going to the Honda O'Fallon since 2008. I traded in my 2007 Honda Accord for a brand new 2020 Honda Civic sport . I have always received good service here, but more recently Serra Honda has impress me beyond all measure.
I was in a crunch and having only one vehicle needed to get to work. My car was having a hard time starting and Serra Honda came to the rescue.
The valet service picked up my car, thankfully my car started again, took my car to the shop and brought it back to me repaired.
I did not have to disrupt the workflow on my job and was able to get my car repaired.
I cannot thank them enough for what they did for me. I am a Honda girl for life!!
Sarah Honda of O'Fallon has always gone above and beyond and the fact that they honor military service is a plus. I'm a veteran and thankful for all that they did for me.

The service manager and Terrell were very easy to work with. I unfortunately needed a repair on my Ridgeline that should not have happened so early on in the truck’s life. It’s only three years old. They tried their hardest to find out if it would be covered by a warranty but it wasn’t. I appreciated the service manager taking time to talk to me. Unfortunately I think Honda’s parts in my EVAP system were faulty but that’s on Honda. I’ll be contacting Honda directly. I do think the dealership charges a lot more than a local shop would, but I took it to the dealership because the truck isn’t all that old. I’m hoping the repair they did fixed the issue because it was over a grand.
