If I could give them zero stars I would, there is no one to answer the phone and bad customer service when you do talk to anyone, their cars are junk and not safe to be driving.

They gave me a car that smelled of marijuana, when returned it they said that everything is alright and day later they charged me $400 cleaning fee. Now I have to fight with this schemers to get my money back!

The suv they gave me had big burns in the seats, very dirty, other things were broken inside the vehicle and it needed an oil change. They refuse to answer the phone or give me back my deposit. I will never ever ever rent from them again. Also when I called to pick up my rental they told me that they had none available even though I booked it in advance. I don’t recommend anyone to rent from them

On a trip from Texas, my rental was showing a 4wd service need and was leaking oil. Hertz customer service wanted to tow the car to the St. Louis airport and have me ride with the tow truck driver to get a different car. I arrived at this location when they opened and Julie was so kind and ready to help me get back on the road right away. She switched out the vehicle quickly and I was so pleased to avoid the airport/tow truck scenario. I would definitely use this Hertz location in the future. Thanks a ton, Julie!!! ?

Just want to say this was my first experience in renting a car. After reading reviews kind of made me scared to rent from here. However the car was great ,the experience not so hard ,and return was very easy. So if ur on the fence about renting from here just remember everyone always has to tell others about bad experience but no one tells about the great ones. Thanks ?

Customer service at this location is horrible. We reserved a car for a week through the Hertz website. We arrived at the location only to find out that they did not have any vehicles available. When asked about cancellation I was told that I had to call to cancel the reservation. They said they attempted to call me to let me know but I did not receive any phone call concerning my reservation. Both staff members were not apologetic at any point and were very rude.

Well, I’m very pleased with the service I receive but the challenger they got me in was hail damage and dents everywhere,on TOP OF CIGARETTES BURNS in the upholstery AND SMELLS LIKE STRAIGHT UP SMOKE AND WEED, BUT WHAT DO YOU EXPECT ITS A CHALLENGER RT???♂️ on top of it almost has 34xxxmiles on it and no windshield fluid or oil It’s haven’t had oil change in forever, then I catch a flat no spare tire had to get a new tire for 200 bucks that shows how much use and wear and tear on this car ??♂️??♂️??♂️??♂️ but the young lady in charge did take really good care of me not her fault that things don’t go right because of hertz CUSTOMER SERVICE RESERVATIONS DEPARTMENT, but I appreciate her making sure I had something to drive after going to five different hertz besides her She really showed good Customer Service,she was the only thing I can say positive about this experience…….. Hertz got to do better because it’s no better in the Hertz in California or Las Vegas hertz is going downhill….????♂️?

We had made a reservation for a specific car five days in advance. When we arrived to pick it up, we were informed that the reserved car was unavailable and that only the smallest car in their fleet was accessible. It was disappointing that we were not notified in advance about the unavailability of the reserved car, as it raised our expectations only to let us down. The lack of an apology and the implication that it was our fault added to our frustration. This experience has made us reconsider using Hertz rental services in the future, particularly at this location, due to the poor customer service we encountered. Unfortunately, we had to cancel our reservation as we could not wait since the facility was closing at 5 pm.
