Nurse staff is awful!you call them for advise. They give you NONE and rude! All they do is set up appointments to the doctor like little secretaries. I question one nurse even know how to even read blood pressure manually bc honey she was WAAAY off. Doctor was accurate.

I saw Dr Brandy Holocaust. We changed BPbpills to another, which 2 days later weren't working. I called, advised to keep taking although I had broken vessels in my eye 2 different times, bp up and down. Told to go ton ER.WHAT??

Don't go see Dr Corey Brooks he's probably the most unhelpful Dr I've ever been too he will prescribe anti depressants to give you suicidal thoughts that will make you possibly kill yourself to wing you off of anxiety medication plus his whole staff is very rude has a very poor attitude

This place is a nightmare. The docs are rude, dismissive, & could care less if you drop dead in front of them. And slow, painfully slow.

SO disappointed with this place, and its doctors. I had labs done for my Hashimotos Thyroiditis, which I was diagnosed with a few years back, and you'd think they would listen to the patient, but no - they ran the wrong labs, even AFTER I told them very adamantly that they had to do a full spectrum TH lab (which they didn't...), and expect me to go again, pay again, and take time off from work again. They "can't find" the medical records I provided them with from my previous Drs and Endocrinologist, which contained my entire medical history from the time I was a small child... Not to mention I went across the street for an ultrasound, and it's been over 2 weeks since I had it done. Still haven't heard back from my Dr. I'm seriously fed up with this place. Also, its nearly impossible to get a hold of anyone in the office. the line always disconnects or goes right to voicemail.

Horrible. Rude IF they answer the phone..IF you dont get transferred to an answering machine...horrible healhcare....sad..used to refer everyone here until Touchette took over :(

My son's doctor is very kind and patient, and the immunization clinic is fantastic. The facility is older and shows it, but the staff is awesome.

They never answer the phones almost impossible to get a same day appt and with a sickly child it is important to get ahold of them I was on hold for over 2 hrs trying to find out when her appt time was on the 17th very unacceptable!

EXTREMELY difficult to schedule appointments. Have waited an hour on the phone to schedule 20 mins then another 30 to get through to someone and when you get through your transferred multiple times. OFFICE STAFF are rude. The facility is over scheduled and under staffed. Doctors there are not bad but the difficulty of communicating and making appointments and finding an available appointment is NOT worth is. Overall patient care is not good because of the office staff. Office manager was also rude and made excuses for the problems and did not offer and solutions or concern. I was told there are other offices in the area I can look into.
