“We visited the Oakbrook Terrace AT&T store looking to update a very old phone. After less than 5 minute wait, Anthony met us with a friendly smile. He patiently answered all of our questions and explained everything in detail. We left happy. Customer Service is alive and well here. We will be returning to this location in the future thanks to Anthony and Sanchez. Also thanks to the new employee working with Anthony, who was also great with us as well.”

“My project to report is the replacement of a digital hard drive with a solid state one. The target here is a ten year old Mac mini. The technician had it over the weekend and returned it after five days. Data restoration was not requested nor was it done. I supplied the replacement drive. The install was successful. The data recovery I performed without his assistance. Very happy with the speed and the final price of the finished project. My thanks!”
