I was just in your store and had a small
Issue with a homeless
Person. I really didn’t feel
Threatened but this is my home. Tina in the store was trying to reach for help and another employee just kept saying your not a manager your not a manager. I don’t care who she is but was trying to protect her customers. I understand our times but she did the right thing and doesn’t need to be degraded in front of us. Thank you Tina for your help and support.

If not giving them a star was an option was possible that’s what they would get, horrible customer service at the pharmacy specifically. My daughter was without an inhaler for the past 2 weeks because of a “glitch” in their system I spent 7 days straight in this location over 45 mins each time they did the BARE MINIMUM. I had to stand there get in contact with the doctor, the doctor had me communicate that they needed to call and I had to stand there to ensure they did that. Upon finally getting some one to do their job.. they received the prescription in 5 mins. Upon actually receiving the prescription, they realized they did not have it in stock. I was informed that my 7 yr old daughter with severe asthma prescription would be transferred to the Walgreens on 87th and Pulaski just to call and learn it was never transferred. They then instructed me to call around to different Walgreens to ask who had my daughters prescription or wait until it came in their store the next day. I Had to wait to the next day to get the prescription just for them to delay my process because their system wasn’t working after notifying them I was in a rush due to my child’s school reaching out due to her asthma. This whole experience from the pharmacist down to the techs has been disheartening and truly sad. They failed my child period. I will never go there again they need to be shut down period. I’ve been trying to get these prescriptions refilled since 05/02/2024. Today is 05/17/2024. Horrible customer service no empathy and no effort once so ever. Then when you do speak up or ask what’s the next step to escalate the situation they have no answer. They have no training on customer escalation, customer service, or empathy. If this is the healthcare field we are doomed and already failed! Horrible never go here.

Pharmacy workers take forever, and don’t seem to want to work. Everyone is taking their sweet time and don’t care for the customers.
HOWEVER, KRISTEN was a wonderful employee. She helps customers and goes above and beyond to give the best service. Super nice young lady.

By far the worst pharmacy. They never answer the phone my doctor was on hold for over an hour and he could not get through. They are the worst they should not be in a business of helping people when they aren’t willing to help. They need new management. They need to get rid of all the ghetto people working there.

My mother is a senior and was treated very poorly today in the pharmacy department due to a misunderstanding from the pharmacist. The manager was called and the pharmacist told the manager she would not service my mother and the manager completely sided with the pharmacist without question the customer service was very poor F - rating

Had us on hold for 40 minutes before hanging up on us. Me AND my sister called to get a hold of someone and we were both placed on hold. This walgreems pharmacy really needs to get it together. My nephew had a doctor's appointment around 7pm with a swollen pink eye, it's 1am now and we are STILL waiting on the medicine. This is ridiculous.

Staff were paid back and kind! This c Walgreen's store is amazing and carries products that are not available at any tiny rinky dinky Walgreen's store! I am wishishong that I the clearance here before anyone else...!

I have had a horrible experience with this pharmacy lately. I have placed my order for a refill on my prescription at least 3 separate times before today on the app twice and by phone once. They will show as delayed and will then cancel. Today I called in and spoke to someone at the pharmacy who was telling me she was not sure why it was cancelling but she would place the refill request and I could pick up tomorrow. I advised the urgency as I am now out of my medication and will have pain if I don’t take it today. She agreed for me to pick up in 90 minutes. I had pain so I waited for my husband to get off work and asked he pick up, he arrives and is told there is no such order placed. This is totally unacceptable!
Please see what is happening as we are TRUSTING you and your pharmacy staff with our health and yet you ignore our urgent request.

I'm writing this as I'm still waiting for the prescription that I received notification was ready to be picked up. 26 minutes already just at the window, 17 of which waiting for it to be redone, which I was told would only take 10 minutes. This is ridiculous. The drive thru has been a joke for years but this is next level.
