Good explanation of surgical process would like to know more about hand therapy offices/locations.
Felt Dr. MacGillis should be given more time to breath between patients & should have more than a corner facing wall to record his notes after seeing patients @
Oak Lawn facility. I prefer location at Palos Hgts. going forward. Thank you.

Very disappointed in my mobility of daily activities I do. Unable to climb stairs and panic when turning corners in hospital. Doctor Luke watched me walk and said you’re fine. I can’t cross leg over other not put clothes on I have to been down to dress with socks underwear pants and shoes. But he doesn’t want to hear that.

Dr Luke is the best at what he does! Office staff and nurses are very friendly and make you feel comfortable. I would highly recommend.

The Dr. Has no compassion, little need to hear the patient, even less of the willingness to listen to the needs or concerns of those who trust him for assistance or help. Hearing him argue with a patient should have been the flag to get up and leave.
Dr Mac Gillis, you shouldn't ever raise your voice telling someone who pays your salary " I'm not lying to you ", among the other comments.

The facility was very clean. I didn't have to wait long. The workers very professional and knew what they were doing. The lady at the front desk very kind. Dr Luke approach to treatment scores a 10/10 for me. He was my second opinion and he didn't rush and l listen to what he had to say and he gave me options. He also listen to my questions and didn't make me feel rush. I will recommend him. First impressions are everything.

Dr. MacGillis treated me for a fracture in my wrist. He did an amazing treatment plan with pt, follow ups, and made sure imaging was conducted to see how I was healing.
