Mireyah wouldn't assist in faxing one form so I could get a medical procedure scheduled. I have no fax machine and am disabled trying to get this procedure to get my health back. I have been a customer for probably 10 years now and they can't fax one document. I can sort of understand policy, but TCF always did this for me and were never rude about it.I don't appreciate being mocked about how glad she's anti vax after I mentioned having an adverse reaction to the vaccine rendering me disabled. Then she wishes me a Merry Christmas fakely which was definitely an ignorant addition when realizing how upset I was by not receiving any help. One piece of paper during a difficult time. No empathy, no professionalism. Whoever is running all these branches lately are awful human beings. That's the holiday spirit, poke fun at a disabled person down on their luck just trying to get well.

Lizette and Mireya are totally incompetent, rude and should not be allowed to work in customer service whatsoever! For every question I ask, they have to call main office, and spend hours on hold. Be prepared to spend hours at their branch to solve question you have. Mireya is totally rude and need to attend some classes on how to speak politely (and not like GESTAPO overseer). That, combined with evil looks she gives to customers, is a dreadful experience I do not want to repeat.I totally see the day when all branch workers can be replaced by robots, and you will probably get more human-like interaction from them than from Lizette, who speaks like a robot with customers. I could probably get more human like interaction from phone answering machine than from Lizette. She's learned 3-4 standardized sentences and that's what she speaks to customers, mixing sentences based on a situation. One doesn't need to learn a lot of sentences to work in a small branch like this one. She didn't offer me a water bottle (they have cases of bottles stacked for their customers in their branch) when I accidentally choked, so I had to run to nearest store to buy some water. That's the level of how humane Lizette is. I would not be surprised to find out that banks secretly started to replace workers with human-like robots, and Lizette is one of them (one of the earlier versions or rough draft prototype)
