“I love to shop at this Jewel-Osco. I drive fifteen minutes away to shop there. The employees are friendly and always have a kind word for you. Also, even though, bags at my local Jewel are seven cents, I would rather spend the gas money to have a great experience and not be forced to buy bags when I'm already spending my money at these stores.”

“I want to show everybody that the Jewel Osco on 87 Ridgland in oaklawn is one of the very best jewels around the Chicago land area. It’s always clean neat and efficient and the cashiers are very friendly and the bakery department want to give a special thanks to Pat and Andrea for going out of their way and making sure that I had two fresh honey crisp apple pies that were hot out of the oven I was fasting all day and I told him my situationat 11 am and they made sure I had ready before 7 pm”

“Finishing up a full day of errands; the smell of fall is truly in the air. Pumpkin spice everywhere. There are also Halloween goodies calling my name. I grab a 12 pack of Voo Dew, which is Mountain Dew's mystery flavor. Wish me luck. I also grab a bag of the new Cheetos; chili cheese queso.”

“I was told that this place has the best fresh bake cookies and great pre made subs. My bus driver rave about this place and told us on the bus the cookies was addicting! I had to go by to see what he raved about on the bus. Welp he did not disappoint! The chocolate chip cookies are baked fresh daily. The cookies are not hard and not too soft but just right in the middle. The only recommendation I have is that I wish they had the option to have your sub sandwiches made on the spot. So many people were buying sub sandwiches which only gave you a limited choice. Cookies are for the win and the bus driver was right!!”

“Mariano’s is my go to store. I go primarily for their fresh fruit, and poultry. Not only can you shop in a clean store, but can also enjoy a drink from the bar. I tend to have a glass of wine , and shop. Which just makes the experience that must better. Cheers”
