Food was cold, hard and had hair in it., the BK in oak Lawn IL on 95th. And they refused to send a fresher order or reimburse me.

didnt have any coke and didnt have vanilla shakes either and then had to wait in drivethru for 10 min bc i could get out of drive thru line never will
