Working with Chase has been a nightmare. Throughout the process my husband and I have been treated as if our questions were an inconvenience and unnecessary. As a first time home buyer, I will of course have questions and want to make sure we’re on top of everything that is needed to move forward with our home loan. Even after the clear to close, they sent out an email the very next day sayings a “glitch” in there system required redisclosures that required a delay in our closing. The sellers of the property graciously agreed to the change, only for Chase to come back on the closing date requesting a CTC letter from the buyers of our current home. They claimed that item was in the disclosures they gave us, however Chase at no point emailed or verbally asked for that document when requesting the other documents needed. They’ve been throwing the blame around to the underwriters, client care specialist, loan officer and even us. At this point we have no idea exactly where the ball was dropped and the loan officer claims her manager is on vacation and that no one else can have the issue escalated on such a time sensitive issue. I cannot believe I was in tears during our closing meeting, where I imagined to be happy and excited to start the new chapter of our growing family in. I absolutely do not recommend Chase and would caution anyone from using them.

This bank completely shut down our business banking account with no warning and we went through a few weeks of absolute HELL. They said "Chase does want to do business with you - they will send your money in the mail... well.... after going through this process, that was not the case and they restored our account. Our payroll was completely effected, our lines of credit and more.No, they don't give a **** about your small business. They could care less about the mess they created for us and only 1 person was kind enough to help us in the end. To her cheers... Go bank somewhere else...

You’re a Bank- you should not have a limit to how much money your customer could pick up nor should you have an excuse that states ‘we’re out of money’. Happy to move my savings to other Bank!

The phone number it's completely useless. You call the branch and you're put through a generic corporate customer service series of automatic prompts sitting around waiting forever. And you just can't get through to a live person that is actually physically at the branch. What is the point. I had a simple question and I couldn't even get an answer luckily I'm a Chase Private Client I wanna use that phone number it was similar in the past I would get through a live person within less than a minute with my Chase private client. Then when I told her what the issue was with the branch where I couldn't get a hold of anyone she started getting loud with an attitude and abruptly transferred me to some other person without even letting me know. Chase really does not care about their customers anymore. I am looking into other banks and or credit unions to transfer my money ASAP.

I am very grateful to Ms. Melanie Srdic's help this morning (12/29/2020) at the OakBrook IL branch to wire money to a CA bank/Escrow. She is not only thorough and efficient, she is very patient in helping me and my daughter. I have called her 3 times today to ease my anxiety regarding this transfer, each time, she answered my questions about the wiring process. Melanie is the best! I can't thank her enough!

Just called in. Karina (manager) took her time to help me and my husband find out what document we needed to have him added to my account. She was polite, she listened, and she was patient. There’s other locations closes to us, but we will be going here for the customer service. Thank you!

This branch NEVER answers the phone! The recording just tells you to call back. Horrible customer service. I've tried them on 3 occasions and the same result, you have to miss work and go into the branch.
