My wife and I have been trying to schedule something with Charles Schwab for the past 3 weeks. Initially filled out a web form - no reply. Called the number on the website and they said someone from this branch will call us - still nothing.
My late father in law had trust in this institution but they are falling flat. Even if an appointment is a month out, just reply to us! Absolutely ridiculous.

This branch is God aweful. There is a lady that works at the front desk who acts more like a bouncer at a local dive bar than an actual banking professional. Everytime I walk in this branch, and I've been into many across the country. it seems like she's looking for an opportunity to put me in my place or something. Schwab has a good reputation, this branch doesn't quite line up.

Impossible to get ahold of someone to make an appointment to speak to advisor. Options only connect you to basic 800 number prompts; the 800 reps said twice they would send a message to the office to have someone call me, NEVER HAPPENED! For this reason alone I have been forced to look elsewhere for investing as well as moving our IRAs.

I emailed Art Herrera as I needed someone who spoke Spanish to help assist my parents with a language barrier. He responded and said he'd be happy to assist them further; he just needed details on their needs. I explained to him in full detail what they had been going through financially and their goals, and then expressed to him that I wanted to consult in person to move on to the next step. I never heard back from him, which I found awfully rude and unprofessional. It's been three weeks now, and still no response. Don't waste your time. Take your business elsewhere.

I'm a new client today was visiting branch. And big big women in reception was extremely unhelpful, and no clue about 100$ bonus for new customers etc. Some people have bad days mabe that was one of those....

Every experience I have at this branch has been positive. I have been a long-time customer at this location and Sarah Lubas at the front always goes the extra mile to help and make my experience as easy as possible. She is helpful, personable, and always knows how to resolve every situation. I highly recommend this establishment because of the high quality of service from people like her.

If they hadn't been recommended, I wouldn't have gone here. First, there were ants crawling near the lifesaver bowl, and secondly, Tom had to go up and ask for service. We were told we could sign up online or wait 1 hour for someone.
