  Impossible to get ahold of someone to make an appointment to speak to advisor. Options only connect you to basic 800 number prompts; the 800 reps said twice they would send a message to the office to have someone call me, NEVER HAPPENED!   I'm a new client today was visiting branch. And big big women in reception was extremely unhelpful, and no clue about 100$ bonus for new customers etc. Some people have bad days mabe that was one of those....

  I get in, I get out, and I get my business taken care of. No issues or complaints. Oh, I was told they have another award coming, too. When it shows up, I'll take another picture.
